Kathryn was so kind, polite and reassuring that all will be well after listening to our horrid experience last year. She offered two visits before the actual sitting just to get to know our Pep and us. She always showed up the time she said she would. Pep warmed up to her quickly. “We just came back from our first vacation in years and Jessica was a huge reason our trip was great. We have two dogs we care deeply for and boarding them for just a weekend was stressful… and expensive! Our older dog has incredible anxiety every time we leave. So we decided to give Rover a try and we’re very happy we did. We met with a couple of sitters before our trip and Jessica impressed us with her flexibility and professionalism so we asked her to dogsit for the three nights we were away. She was great with our dogs and cared for them the way we wanted. In addition, she sent us pictures and texts with updates on the dogs. She made a great impression and completely sold us on Rover. When he decided to try a hunger strike, Jordan hand fed him. He looked like he had some nice play time from the photos Jordan sent.”
