“We recently had the pleasure of having Chanel take care of our beloved Frankie while we were away on vacation. From the very beginning, it was evident that Chanel is a true dog lover and that she would treat our pet with the utmost care and attention. Communication: 5/5 From the start, Chanel's communication was excellent. She was quick to respond to messages and always kept us informed about her availability and plans for taking care of Frankie. We truly appreciated the daily updates and pictures she sent, which put our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy our vacation without any worries about our dog's well-being. Walks and Exercise: 5/5 Chanel went above and beyond to ensure that Frankie received plenty of exercise and outdoor time. She took our dog on daily walks and even explored some local parks and trails to give Frankie a variety of experiences. We could tell from the pictures that Frankie was having a great time and enjoying the fresh air and exercise. Overall Well-Being and Good Spirits: 5/5 When we returned home, we were greeted by a happy and well-cared-for dog. Frankie was in great spirits, and it was clear that she had bonded with Chanel during our time away. Chanel had also made sure that Frankie was well-fed and had fresh water available at all times. The fact that our dog was so happy and comfortable is a testament to Chanel's skills and dedication as a pet sitter. Home Care: 5/5 Chanel ensured that Frankie felt right at home during her stay at Chanel's place. It was evident that Chanel had created a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our dog. Chanel maintained a well-kept space, which is important for the health and happiness of pets in her care. We were grateful for the peace of mind knowing that Frankie was in a nurturing home environment while we were away. Overall, we couldn't be more pleased with Chanel's services as a rover. From the very beginning, when we first met up with Jay and Linda, we could tell immediately that they were extremely caring and attentive to our dog [Bella’s] needs and routines. We could tell Bella fell in love with them right away, even though she takes a while to warm up to most people. They sent daily pictures/videos and updates and kept us extremely informed on how she was doing throughout her stay. Even when she got a little upset stomach, they went above and beyond make sure she got the care she needed. When we picked her up, it was apparent she had a great time away from home.
