She even fed him a special diet while I tried to figure out what was going on with him. We eventually had to take him to the emergency ER, but She was awesome during the trouble shooting. If you like working with people who have strong character and a moral compass, Briana is your girl.”

“I boarded him for a while during the holidays and she always sent me updates about him. They were in depth updates which made me feel better for example she told me he was constipated once. She also always sent a videos of him which was really nice. She also gave him a bath and washed his toys which I truly appreciated. She has been the best rover experience I have had so far!”

She is so amenable to the pick-up and drop-off schedule, especially if our flights get delayed. Ruben’s place is the equivalent of the coveted middle school overnight gym sleepover except all the kids have four legs. Every tail wagger wants to go! Ace even kept staring at the front door when we left. That’s how you know he had a good time and made awesome friends.”
