She gave our older cat her medicine and shared pointers with us on how to give the medicine. We received regular reports and photos. “Andre was very responsive. We did a video call before I dropped off my puppy for boarding, and he gave me a virtual tour of his place and made me feel very comfortable. Andre is very good with dogs. When I dropped off my puppy with him, he had his own dogs and another boarding dog out on a walk, and he had great control over all of them in a gentle but firm way. He sent photos and updates about my puppy while he was watching her. He even checked in with me to see how she was doing a few days after she came back home.”

They sent photos to us that showed him out on walks, playing with their dog Gail (who is very sweet), and at a dog park, and he looked like he was having a great time. When Max came home he also seemed happy and ready to adjust back to his usual routine. I would definitely ask Joelle and Andrew to look after Max again.”
