She was extremely communicative with how Moana did during the day. Moana enjoyed her time with Juliana to the point the next day when we went outside she walked up to the car to go back. Lillian is prompt, professional, accommodating, detailed oriented, highly communicative and most importantly loves animals! She took the pack on walks and to the dog park, always checking in to make sure I was comfortable with all the activities the pups went on and engaged in. We are so happy to find new friends that live with one block! :)”

“Jenna was an incredible trainer and babysitter for the two weeks that I went to Dominican republic. She constantly sent me videos as well as constant live calls to show me my pops even after my trip back and reuniting with my pups. She has been constantly in contact with me and giving me tips and advice on my new addition to my family. Mind you I do not pay her for the devices she does it on her own accord because this is her passion and financially I was able to pay her for every time we speak I would and advice on my new addition to my family. She plays, and took our puppy on an all-day nature walk while providing us multiple checkins with pictures. Our puppy felt an instant connection with Karina as we did the first time we met her. “Alan and Emily are both really great with Thor. They’re both very experienced and give us great tips on what to do since we are new to puppy training. They were our saving grace because our pup is partially vaccinated so our options were very limited but they have been so accommodating to our busy schedule. We utilize their drop off and pick up services and that has been the best thing ever! We live in Astoria while they’re at Jackson Heights so them working with us on a schedule has been wonderful! Initially, Thor was scared of the car, but after a day, Thor would be so excited to see Emily and can’t wait to get into the car to go play with them and their dogs!
