She came beforehand for a meet and greet where she was very friendly, professional, and great with our pets. I wrote detailed instructions regarding their care and Natalia followed all of their regular routines! Natalia sent frequent photos, took our dog on many walks, and made sure that our car was always indoors! She was very friendly and extremely communicative. We look forward to her watching Freya and Ginger again when we are on a longer trip next month!
