She was on time, great with communication, extremely helpful and flexible (we were packing up things to go set up a party and she helped load, find things, keep the pup out of the way and tolerated all the ins and outs of people during the day). I had updates and pictures, which I love. Roxanne is a keeper! Much gratitude for making our day wonderful.”
