When our usual sitter was unavailable, I was nervous about having a new person take care of them, but he was incredible! Michael was very professional and communicated well the entire time with daily pictures and detailed updates. The cats are generally nervous around new people, but he made them feel comfortable with all their favorite things and treats. I was also happy he stopped by to meet the cats and to let me show him around before the first visit. Would definitely have Michael care for the trio again!”

She also brought in packages without us asking and cleaned up after the big messes our kitten made. She also administered our older cat's anxiety medication. This cat has severe anxiety and trusts no one besides me and my husband but during the last few visits, our cat actually approached Karin, which is basically unheard of!”
