Sophie was so caring and responsible, she even helped with trimming Panda’s fur around the x area and making him more tidy and clean. Sophie sent us photos everyday and kept us updated. Panda lost his appetite in the new environment, Sophie was so patient with him and tried to feed him. Panda was very loved and spoiled in Sophie’s house, and we will definitely let Sophie take care of Panda again in the future, and that would be his second home for sure! ?”
