“Jadyn over the course of years has been taking care of me and my family’s crazy animals! She has been there for me with my senior dog, Champ until his passing. I had another, Guapo, who she personally helped me pick fleas off and give a bath. And my senior kitty, Ladybird, who had diabetes, loved her more than anything in this world. She has been there for the new puppies and has watched them grow up. Similarly, she is currently helping raise my newborn cat! Jadyn, even in her free time, is passionate about animal care. She has a new crochet business (wags n’ wool!) where she hand makes bandanas for furry friends. At any given moment, she is around 3 animals, as she has pets of her own (and so do I). She is experienced, passionate, and the most loving person I’ve ever met. Nobody deserves a gig like this girl. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (animals she has helped me with and how old they were) — Champ 9-12 years. He had a lot of health issues but Jadyn always helped me with walking, playing, and upkeep. These two were best friends. (black lab, large dog) — Guapo 12-15 years. Very old and dare I say crusty by the time Jadyn met him. She helped me bathe him, deflea him, and upkeep his strange textured fur. (chug mix, small dog) — Ladybird 12-14 years. Lady was found in a dumpster and Jadyn quickly hopped on board to help me get this kitty back to healthy and happy. She was the sweetest Italian lady kitty there ever was. She loved Jadyn so much, that she would purr if Jadyn just looked at her. (tabby cat, diabetic) — Plops 1 year old. She has helped me potty train and even provided proper discipline. These puppies are NOT easy! (boston terrier, small dog) — Posey 1 year old. See Plops notes! (boston terrier, small dog) — Jellybean 3 weeks old. Jadyn is very experienced with newborn kitties and any cat she raised is the sweetest thing in the whole world. She is currently helping us raise our new jelly baby! (feline, kitten).”

“I am a veterinarian, and I have a pretty high “GOLD STANDARD” expectation of how my pets are cared for. I rarely hold expectations that my pet sitter will be as high level in the maintenance and care of my fur kid in my absence….because I realize I am a helicopter mom and that’s a bit unrealistic for others lol. Savannah, however, BLEW ME AWAY with the level of care and true affection she had for my fur kid! Not only did she go above and beyond in the maintenance of my kid’s normal daily routine, but she truly formed a bond with him from the start. I 1000% feel confident in leaving my fur kid in her care when I travel and I never question the care he is receiving when he is with her. She also goes out of her way to send me adorable photos of him daily so that I don’t feel sad when I am not with him.”

About: I have taken care of multiple species since I was seven. I’ve had everything from new born kittens to fawns. I also foster for shelters that are over filled. I adore all animals of every shape and size and making them thrive is my goal. If the absolute best care with unlimited love is what you want for your pets, contact me! Feel free to ask questions. I am currently a part time technician at a vet clinic while I do my undergraduate in pre-vet med. I’ve been a vet tech for a total of five years now. My hours throughout the day fluctuate due to this, so contact me for more specific times. My most available times during the week are before 9am and after 6pm. Weekends I am available almost all day. Your pet will be let out in the morning, afternoon, and at 6. From there, let outs will just be random, if they seem like they need to go out, and then once again at 12am. I have a fenced yard and three friendly dogs to keep any dogs happy. If your dog is not dog friendly my dogs can stay in their own room. I also have two very friendly cats to keep pets entertained. If your pet is not cat friendly, I also have a cat room I can keep mine in.

They are always sending me videos and info for new pet care tips and dietary tips to consider for my cats. They are one of the most informed people I know on pet care outside of a vet and the motivation for that comes from their love of animals and all pets. I would consider my pets very safe in the capable hands of Tenay. They are very attentive and can easily adapt to whatever needs you or your pet may have!”

I currently have a very flexible schedule so I've got time out the wazoo to hang out and care for your furry babies. I'm available for during the day while you're making that bread at your 9-5 or several times a day or even day care. I may also have the ability to board, pet/house-sit depending on if our pets can get along. There's only so much time in the day so first come first served! Each pet is their own individual little person, so care will vary! I'll usually start pretty low-key to pair with your friend (new people can be scary!) and engage with their favorite things first. My background is in teaching special education, so I value routines and clear, consistent expectations. I see my pets as part of the family so we can play, cuddle on the couch (if it's not allowed at yours, it won't be allowed at mine #consistency), or leave them their space for our more introverted buddies.

About: Since I was born I have been in a house with at least two pets ranging from two cats at a time, 2 dogs, and a mix of both! I learned how to train and take care of a 3 month old puppy as well as how to administer pills and medicine to dogs who are getting older. I’ve always been around pets and love how much love they show us in return. During the summer, I’m free every day all day! I’ll be working full time and will be able to give my undivided attention to your furry friend. While I’m not able to take your pet into my home, I’ve had a lot of pet caring experience going into friends and family’s homes to take care of their pets. I often find it better as the pet is more comfortable and makes it easier to be hanging out with a stranger!
