About: I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs and cats for as long as I can remember, giving me firsthand experience with their unique personalities, needs, and proper care. More recently, I was a member on another pet sitting website when I was a student at a university in Paris,France, where I had experience taking care of dogs and cats in my own apartment for a few different families for a period of time. The best part about watching pets is the pleasure I get from being able to give them love while their owners were away. I am open to pet sitting weekdays and weekends. I work during the week with days off in between. Early mornings and late nights are no problem. I’ll closely follow a pets routine, providing fresh water, food as instructed, exercise/playtime, medication if needed, a safe environment, and of course lots of love and affection.

About: I have experience with all animals - farm animals, aquatic animals, dogs, cats, feral animals too. I love goats and miss my farm. I can't have animals of my own at this time and just looking for a rewarding side hustle. I find healing in the presence of animals. I have previously boarded dogs in my home so I’m very comfortable with daycare and house sitting. I have done drop in visits and walks so I can provide that for your fur baby. I'm a graduate student at UNM, so my class schedule is mostly afternoons right now. My cat's a rather needy fellow, so he's happiest when I'm home. I keep his areas very clean, he drinks only from a fountain, and I keep him to a strict feeding schedule (much to his chagrin and occasional break-in attempts of the food container). My frogs, Gus and Markl, need live food once a week and clean water every day, and I maintain a heat lamp schedule for them as well, as well as regular maintenance to their bioactive terrarium. When my parents are out of town, I take care of our two dogs, Lilo and Clara, and nine chickens. The dogs need to be walked, the chickens need to be fed and their eggbox cleaned, and there's lots to do to make sure everyone is comfortable. Lilo's pretty anxious, and Clara's getting up in years, so I make time in my work schedule to return home midday to check on them if I'm out and about. Depending on your pet's needs, I'm flexible in terms of schedule. :) It's important to me that you are confident in your pets' safety and comfort. I will not take dogs outside without a leash, unless they are in a fenced-in yard, and I don't let cats outside unleashed on principle as I believe this makes them a danger to themselves, other cats, and smaller animals. You can expect photos from me of your pets if you'd like them, and if they let me I'll happily clean out eye-boogers, snuggle with them, and ensure that they have love and companionship during the stressful time you're away.
