“Ashley is amazing. She kept our two dogs again while we went out of town. Our dogs were a bit sick before we left and she went above and beyond to keep me posted and give them new meds the vet prescribed. She even went to the vet for us to pick up the new medication. She is really great and communicates well. Definitely book with her!”

About: Hi! My name is Shayna Malonson, and I’ve always had a deep love for animals—especially dogs. I grew up with dogs my entire life, and now as an adult with my own home, I’m lucky to have two of my own: Ally (4 years old) and King (2 years old). They are a huge part of my daily life and have taught me so much about responsible, loving care. I personally bathe my dogs, brush their teeth, and handle their basic grooming after learning how to properly care for them myself. Through experience—especially managing my older dog’s dry skin—I’ve learned a lot about different dog food brands, skin-care products, and overall dog wellness. This has helped me become very attentive to each dog’s individual needs. In my free time, I enjoy playing fetch, going on simple walks, and giving my dogs plenty of love and attention. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I would love the opportunity to care for your dogs as if they were my own—making sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I’m home often and able to give dogs consistent attention throughout the day. My schedule allows me to plan feeding times, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and rest periods without rushing. I build my day around the dogs in my care, making sure they receive regular supervision, exercise, and companionship. Whether it’s morning and evening routines, midday check-ins, or overnight care, I’m flexible and dependable. I enjoy keeping pets on a steady schedule so they feel comfortable and secure I provide a calm, safe, and loving environment for every pet in my care. In my home, dogs are treated like family and are always supervised. I make sure the space is clean, pet-safe, and free from hazards, with plenty of room for rest, play, and comfort. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and any special instructions provided by the owner. I’m experienced with basic grooming care such as bathing and brushing, and I pay close attention to skin sensitivity, diet needs, and overall well-being. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain the pet’s normal routine to reduce stress. I ensure doors, gates, and leashes are always secure, and I never leave pets unattended outside. Trust and communication are very important to me. I provide updates, photos, and messages so owners feel confident and at ease while their pets are in my care. My goal is always to make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved.

“Olivia was a wonderful pet sitter for our three pets, including one old dog with lots of meds to keep track of. We were so thankful to find her and will be using her again in the future.”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the level of experience, patience, and genuine care I bring to every pet I look after. I’ve been pet sitting for over five years and previously worked in a veterinary clinic for three years, which has given me valuable hands on experience recognizing normal vs. concerning behaviors and providing attentive care. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. As a stay at home mom with a flexible schedule, I’m able to plan my days around the pets I care for to ensure they receive consistent attention, exercise, and companionship. I prioritize reliability and making sure each pet stays comfortable in their normal routine while their owners are away. 🐾 I provide care in my clients’ homes so pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment and routine. During visits, I make sure they’re fed, have fresh water, get potty breaks, exercise, and plenty of attention. I also spend quality time with them so they feel safe and relaxed while their owners are away. I send regular photo updates so clients can see how their pets are doing and have peace of mind.

“Ashley is seriously a God sent!!! My puppy is shy and stresses easily however he isn’t this way with Ashley. She is so kind hearted, patient, and caring. I feel confident and comfortable to leave our fur baby in her care.”

About: I have always been a dog owner and lover. My husband, daughter and I have bought a house in Broussard where we have more space in our home and our yard for our fur babies. Honestly, I loved animals since I could remember. I have the best of both worlds with my American Bully(Thor) and my Shih Tzu(Chewbacca); they are best of friends. Many people are automatically nervous around Thor because he is mixed with pitbull, but it is all about how you raise your animals. He is a sweet-well-behaved-friendly pup. I love doggie cuddles and play dates. When I’m not working I go to the parks, go on Zen walks to surround them with other dogs, and play games with them in my backyard. From puppies small to large, young and old, I love and care from them all. ****more reviews in pictures**** Pet care is a full-time job for me since I work from home. From taking them out between 1 and 2 hours to walks around the block, feeding them, caring for them with cuddles at night, and ensuring they’re rested and ready to go again the next day, it’s an all-day affair. I love all dogs, and I’m happy to meet their needs. If it’s a cozy cuddle session with a low-maintenance walk, I’m all for it. Or, if it’s an energetic afternoon at the play park, where they can socialize with other puppies and have a fun run around the block, I’m totally up for that too!
About: My name is Halle T. I am 24 years old and graduated from ULL in 2022. Also, I am a full time employee at Aspire. I have pets of my own that live at my parent's house. I have two dog and two cats! They are the world to me! Each one has their own unique personality. I have 6 years of experience with pet sitting. I handle any type of animal extremely well. I will feed, water, and give them love while the family is away. Please feel free to message me on here or email me! I will give great care to a client's pet however they want me to do so. Just tell me what to do and I will go beyond expectation. I cannot bring any pets to my place. I work full time on the weekdays. I work a 8-5. If you need a caregiver to stay at the house or do 4 hour check-ins, i'm sorry but I wont be the best candidate. I can go early in mourning around 7 after work around 6. If your dogs can stay by themselves for long periods of time then I can do the job! I do not board at my house. I live in an apartment and it would not work out. I do in home sitting at their place.
About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a kid because growing up I would always come home with new ones all the time! I have all the time to play and train dogs now because I got one of my own. I also used to work at Sherwood South Animal Emergency and Critical Care Center as a kennel attendant. So I really have a lot of hands on experience on running a kennel as well as dealing with the hurt animals in the ER. And I know a lot about medication, routines and food routines so it shouldn’t be a problem with the experience I have. If I didn’t have to move to Lafayette Louisiana, I would love to stay at the emergency hospital, but we wanted to move to a family safe area. I really had a lot of love for the animals that I took care of and was really a great experience. I’m currently working part time and can sit or board pups durning the weekdays and weekends!! From 9am to 7pm I could walk the pups. Boarding whenever!! I have a black lab puppy at the moment and train and take her for walks very often. It would be great for her to have some pups for friends we have a fence in yard and a dog park as well!
