“This was our first time using Rover and our first time being away from our dog Nora, so we were feeling a little nervous. Naomi and Sam were the perfect choice. They were very accommodating and put us at ease with updates and photos of Nora and Brady having the best time together. We will definitely be using their services again.”

“My dogs had a blast with Zaira and her family!!! They spent a lot of time outside enjoying the beautiful we were having over the weekend and she gave them the love and attention they needed. She followed all care instructions to the letter and kept me updated with pictures and messages throughout their stay. Overall 10000/10, will absolutely re-book with Zaira. Mil gracias 💛”

“Excellent worry free care. Andreas is very relaxed and attentive. Home like atmosphere with an obvious dog lover. Walter liked him immediately at drop off and couldn’t wait to go inside and didn’t care we were leaving lol Traitor dog!!! Lol Not long after we left, Andreas sent us a video of the dogs playing. It put us at ease while leaving for vacation. He sent us some videos and photo’s throughout the week, it was nice. He asked the right questions at drop off. He texted us about a small growth he found while brushing him, we were aware of the skin tag thing, but nice he texted right away with a concern. And he brushed my severe shedder which is above expectations. We will absolutely use him to watch Walter in the future. Highly recommend”

“I had to make alternative plans for boarding my dog the week before Christmas. I was in a bad spot and wanted the best care for Trouble. Samantha was extremely accommodating. Since I was nervous leaving my dog she provided updates and pictures through Troubles stay for me which was a gigantic relief. I also had to change my return plans to significantly earlier because of weather and again she accommodated the last minute request. I'm very happy and Trouble had a fantastic time. If I need to board Trouble again I will definately reach out to board with Samantha and her family.”

“Copper's second stay with Jennifer and Brent was as successful as the first. Copper had a great time - And got spoiled by all the attention and special treatment -- Like getting to sleep on the sofa! Jennifer and Brent also took him hiking one day which we know he loves. We will certainly leave Copper with them again on our next trip to St. Catharines. Thanks for all you do for him and us, guys! Take care. Ron and Jen.”

“Amazing sitter!! I know when I leave Jiraiya with Ryan, he's going to have a blast. I can tell Jiraiya has plenty of playtime because he's a sleepy boy on the car ride home lol. Thank you Ryan :)”

“Darien did a great job communicating before our dog's arrival and sent lots of updates/pictures during the stay. Our dog seemed to have a great time and we would gladly have our dog stay with Darien again.”

“It’s my first time that I had to leave Abu, and Stephanie did a really great job taking care of her. I got a lot of pics and videos show Abu’s happy face everyday. Penny is so also caring and I think they make such a cute team! Just adorable.”

“Carrie was beyond amazing! We rd can't describe how grateful I felt about Richard's experience with Carrie! First off, running into an emergency needing last minute accommodations had me in panic mode, she was able to take him the very next day. All my hesitation I had leaving my baby with someone I didn't know went away immediately after dropping Richard off. He was spoiled, loved, got a bath for getting a little to dirty playing, got snuggles and she even asked me for permission to take him to petco as they had ice cream day for dogs. Received photos, videos and Richard has 2 new buddies for life with Chester and Charlie! You won't be disappointed with Carrie, I won't vouch for many, but you and your baby will feel safe with Carrie while you are away! Thanks Carrie! I appreciate you so much!”

“Deborah did an amazing job taking care of Molly for the time she stayed there. I felt comfortable leaving her with Deborah and Molly seemed to enjoy being there too Highly recommended!”

“Thank you Jenn & Brian for taking such great care of Rooney, just like last time. Thanks for all the pics and videos while we were away! Clearly he had a blast playing with your pups, and he also came home nice and clean!! 😀 You guys are the best!”

“This family took such great care of our little 'Pickles' who needs to take a pill every 8 hours. Pickles missed being with the children when he came back home and is already looking forward to the next time.”

“Shannon was AMAZING! She provided constant communication and showed us photos of her walks. Even when the dogs get tired she showed us that they had a nice relaxing stay. If I ever need my dog and my sister’s dog take care of, I know who to trust. Thank you!”

“Charlette is very kind and caring, she will take care of your fur baby as if it was her own. She communicates quickly and often, leaving you no doubt about the situation. I'm not sure how I could give her a higher recommendation, but if I could, I would!”

“Beverly was great! She sent several pictures of Lucy throughout the day. Very good communication. Lucy had a great time because she came home exhausted. Would definitely have Beverly watch Lucy again when we need a pet sitter.”

“Meagan was a great communicator and provided lots of pictures of our girl. We could see that she had lots of fun, and was well taken care of. Would definitely recommend her.”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
