“Copper's second stay with Jennifer and Brent was as successful as the first. Copper had a great time - And got spoiled by all the attention and special treatment -- Like getting to sleep on the sofa! Jennifer and Brent also took him hiking one day which we know he loves. We will certainly leave Copper with them again on our next trip to St. Catharines. Thanks for all you do for him and us, guys! Take care. Ron and Jen.”

“It’s my first time that I had to leave Abu, and Stephanie did a really great job taking care of her. I got a lot of pics and videos show Abu’s happy face everyday. Penny is so also caring and I think they make such a cute team! Just adorable.”

“We left our two pups with Andreas for 10 days and it was the first time we boarded our dogs so we were a bit nervous. But he was so wonderful with them, and they felt so loved the entire time. He kept us regularly updated and couldn’t have asked for someone better to look after them.”

“Melanie has been boarding my German shepherd River for several months now, and she’s simply just the BEST! She’s very professional, kind and caring, and accommodating. River is always excited to go there to hang out with her dog Tulo and her kids. It’s a huge load off my mind that he’s being well looked after for both short and long stays. Thanks so much for all you do Melanie!”

“Jeff took very good care of our dog during her overnight stay. She had stomach problems and Jeff made sure to watch for symptoms. He suggested we take her to the vet and it was good advice. Thank you very much!”

About: Hi! I’m Holly, a lifelong dog lover who works from home, so your pup will get plenty of company and attention throughout the day. I have a 15 year old small fluffy white dog with medical needs, so I understand how important it is to trust someone with your dog’s care. Whether your dog is energetic and loves long walks, or prefers a slower pace and lots of cuddles, I’m happy to tailor their routine to what they’re used to. I’m comfortable with puppies, senior dogs, medication (including eye drops), special feeding routines, and dogs with separation anxiety who need a little extra patience or reassurance. I know every dog is different, and I take the time to learn their personality and routines so they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’ll keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your dog is in good hands. I’d love to meet you and your pup! I work from home, so I am available to take your dog on walks, playtime, and potty breaks as needed. There is a dog bed in my office for your pup to hang out with me! I am attentive to all specific instructions. If your pet has specific needs like personality quirks, separation anxiety, medication schedules, or is very routine-driven, just let me know and I’m happy to adapt. All dogs are different, so let me know how I can best replicate your typical schedule to provide some stability and comfort for your pet!

“Catia was incredibly attentive to my dog while she was boarded. My dog was incredibly well taken care of and had exciting enrichment opportunities (playing with others, trips to the park, time in the backyard, and quality snuggle time indoors). Catia offered a safe and fun home for my dog to board while I was away and sent many updates while I was away. I would absolutely book with Catia again!”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
