About: Hello, my name is Ashley. I am a little new to pet care but I am eager to get started! I have had dogs my whole life and have always helped out with them. I have pet sat a few times and administered medication. I currently have a 5 year old Labrador Retriever and watch my friends dogs a lot. I enjoy taking them to the beach and to the dog park very frequently. I have always been an animal lover. Any animal, any size! Though I don't yet have any professional experience, I hope to gain some. I did work at a pet store while I was in high school and learned a lot about pet health and caring for ill animals. I hope to be able to engage with your animals and build a relationship with them as well as you! Thank you! I’m currently working full time as a bartender. I typically work 3pm-11pm but my schedule does vary week to week. I can be pretty flexible with hours when necessary. I have a dog of my own that I take on walks or to the park every day! I do live in an apartment so I take my dog on walks daily or we will go to the dog park or on a trail nearby!

About: ABOUT ME: Hi there, I'm Cassidy! I'm 29 years old, I work with computers, and I love animals :) MY PETS: I currently have four dogs and one cat of my own - two 14-year old Mini Australian Shepherd littermates, two 2-year old Border Collie littermates, and one mystery cat that literally wandered into my life on a random Tuesday afternoon. My dogs are all high energy, intelligent dogs that require daily exercise & entertainment. Our favorite activities to do together are going to the dog park to see our friends, going for walks, chasing squirrels and bunnies, barking at the mailman, and going for car rides. We even love going in our cages for (supervised) alone time with lick mats and chewable treats! My cat is a chill guy who doesn't have a mean bone in his body. His favorite activities are screaming for food and basking in the sun. He has quite the personality and has taught me so much about caring for cats! MY EXPERIENCE: I have about 6 years of dog mom experience and 1 year of cat mom experience under my belt. Most of my dog experience is with puppies and with small and medium dogs, but I do have some experience with large dogs. I have cared for senior dogs, dogs with special needs/dietary restrictions, dogs on medicine, injured dogs, and dogs who are toy or food possessive. I even have experience with table-jumpers and food-stealers! While I currently have 5 pets of my own, I have cared for up to 7 at once. I have family & friends who have trusted me to board their dogs in my home for a few days at a time. I would love to offer in-home boarding services, but unfortunately my pups are protective over their family and they do not like having "strangers" in their home. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: I know how stressful it can be to leave your animals in a stranger's hands - a million questions will be running through your head. Will my pet like them? Will they take good care of my pet? Will they give my pet the right amount of food? Will they take my pet on a walk? Will they take my pet outside to go potty? Will they pat my pet 5 times on the head and give them 10 belly rubs at precisely 11:35am? Will they do that funny dance I taught them when it's dinner time? YES - I'll do it all! My goal is to do exactly what you need in the time I am caring for your animal. I care for all animals as if they were my own. I will strive to keep your pets safe & comfortable, meet their needs, train them if needed, spoil them (just a little bit!), and become someone they look forward to seeing! I work a full time job M-F from 7am-4pm and thus cannot offer care during these times. I am able to provide some care on weekday afternoons. I am able to provide more care on weekends. At this time I am not able to bring your pet into my home. However, when I am in your home, I will prioritize the safety and care of your pet. I will care for your animals and your home as if they were my own.

I currently work 40 hours a week so I will be gone 8-8.5 hours a day. Schedule varies slightly week to week. About: I grew up with animals my entire life from large Newfoundland dogs to cats to bunnies and a hamster. I currently have my own black cat, Edgar, who is the best little guy! I can take care of your pets to best accommodate them! I’m currently a teacher on summer break, so I am here for weekday, day time, afternoon, and evening needs to best accommodate your and your fur babies’ schedules! Edgar loves to play, so I always make sure his automatic cat toy is charged and ready for him throughout the day when I am at work. Once I get home, we play with his favorite string feather toy. About: I grew up with both dogs and cats and love them both! As an adult, I can't live without them. I have had many sizes and breeds of dogs, including Golden Retrievers, Shih Tzus, Huskies, standard and miniature Poodles, Shelties, German Shepherds, and Cocker Spaniels. An interest of mine is their behavior and how they communicate with us. I base my care of pets on professional advice and my own instincts when I’m with a particular pet. (Is his tail wagging or are his ears back?) My English bulldog responds best to snapping commands, and I understand the importance of following these commands with your dog. Please let me know which commands you use for sit, stay, no, etc. and I’d be more than happy to comply. I feel animals really speak to us through their energy and understand us through ours. That being said, my bulldog tends to respond very well to calm, low energy, and I find he mimics me. So I understand the importance of my own body language and vibe around pets.

About: I will go above and beyond for you and your fur babies in anyway possible. Leaving my animals is always hard, as I’m sure it is for you, I will make sure to give your fur baby as much attention as you would, providing them with comfort and love. If I am at your house, I will constantly check to make sure everything is in order including checking anything you need, bringing in mail and packages and making it seem as if you never left. I am also comfortable taking your fur baby to the vet if needed and running any errands that you may need done through out your busy day.
