“Raven does an excellent job. Very conscientious. Thinks ahead. She took excellent care of my Sugar and was responsive to my requests for updates & pictures of my baby. Super flexible. I would recommend Raven without a second thought to anyone that needs care for their fur baby.”

“Patrice was fantastic housesitting for our elderly dog and young pup for a week. They had great care and Patrice kept us well-informed when one of the dogs didn’t seem to feel well for a day or so. It was a great comfort to have someone who cares so much about animals and their well-being looking after the dogs while we were away!”

“Andrea is the BEST!! Literally book her while you still can!!!! It was my first time using Rover for my kitten and I was super anxious about everything but I quickly realized she is in great hands with Andrea! She connected with my kitten and learned what she likes and treated her like her own fur baby! Andrea sent me updates and pictures through out which gave me lots of reassurance. Andrea stayed at my apartment and left it so clean and perfect! Also, Andrea is literally just the sweetest person you will ever meet and you can tell she genuinely cares and wants the best for your pet!!! I cannot say enough great things about her!!”

“Shanikka was great! She was a perfect option for our anxious boy who takes meds. I can tell he really did enjoy his time with her and her kid! Shanikka did very well at making sure his needs were met and that we felt reassured while we were gone! We absolutely would book again in the future”

About: I love the dedication and unconditional love that dogs provide their human companions. I will admit that personally I have cats, and they just don't do that all the time :) I have dog-sat for friends over several years providing feedings, walks, and playtime to Malteses to German Shepards. I love getting to know each dog and treating them as if they were my own, which means they are usually going to be pretty pampered. If your dog needs specialized care, I would be willing to learn. I don't really know what specialized care entails for a dog, but feel free to message me and we can discuss. I am a high school teacher so my availability is afternoon/evenings and weekends during the school year but wide open once it is the summertime. My cats are not used to dogs, so caring for dogs in my home would mean they would be spending time outside. However taking care of dogs in their home allows them to be comfortable, have rub my belly sessions (if that's what they like), and take walks in the area that they are most comfortable.
“Emily was a great sitter! She house sat for us over the holiday weekend and I came home to a very happy dog :) She was great with communication (and left the house very clean!) would definitely work with her again and recommend. Thank you!”

“Eric was incredible. He accepted our last minute request and came over with a great attitude and was very professional. And our dog LOVED him, we could tell right away that Eric is a dog person. Great experience with Eric, would definitely hire again!”

“Allison is amazing! I had Allison housesit with my dog for several days when I was out of town, My dog is a rescue and it takes her some time to warm up to others and Allison was great with her! Allison shared photos, videos and notes to keep me informed and my dog was a very happy pup when I returned home. If you need someone you can trust with your pet while you're away, book Allison!”

“Elizabeth stayed in our home 5 nights and was wonderful with our 2 dogs, 2 cats and 2 ferrets, which included our dog that required daily medication. We were nervous leaving our fur babies but she took great care of them and our home. We highly recommend her!”

“Noa was absolutely amazing!!! Her communication, fantastic!!!! Pictures of all my babies, memeable and cute!! My animals loved her even my shy senior cat came to hang out with her! My St. Bernard can be dog reactive and she handled her perfectly!”

“Suzanne watched my 2 German shepherds for me, and really made them feel loved and cared for while I was away. They're already looking forward to their next overnight. Would highly recommend her!”

“Crystal is absolutely wonderful! She took detailed notes and took care of my boy exactly how I asked her to. Most importantly, she played with him a lot. She was neat & clean & was respectful of my home. She is delightful to work with. She is the best cat sitter ever!”

“Excellent Dogsitter-watched our two dogs in our home. Very responsive and sent updates regarding the dogs while we were away. Made sure the dogs got plenty of exercise. Will be a repeat customer!”

“Christiane was a pleasure to work with during her stay. She was polite and responsive. Our dog, Moe, was well-loved and comfortable in her care. Our house was spotless when she left! We will use her again!”

“This was our first experience hiring a pet sitter and we couldn’t be more pleased with Jessalyn! Our pets were very well taken care of! We have already scheduled with her for next month. Thanks, Jessalyn!”

“Carson stepped in when we had a sitter cancel last minute & was fabulous with our older pup while we were away for the weekend! We loved the updates and pictures we got and will definitely be reaching out to them to sit again soon. 😊”

About: Hello! I have been caring for dogs since I was young where I grew up on a small rural farm. We have had all different kinds of breeds and sizes of dogs growing up! I love walking, playing, and caring for your animals and hope to help you when you need me! I am currently attending the University of Cincinnati this summer. While having class everyday, I only have a couple classes per day which leaves plenty of time for me to take care of your dogs! I am willing to work with the owners to figure out times that work best for everyone. Weekends will be my best availability for the entire day. I have experience walking all sized dogs and can attest to being successful in caring for other fur babies. I can follow any instructions given for the animal and whatever is needed for your pet!
The median cost per night for house sitting in Wyoming Meadows is $45
Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Wyoming Meadows
We had an excellent experience with Elizabeth as our house sitter! She took wonderful care of our two dogs (and fish) while we were away for a long weekend, giving us complete peace of mind. Despite our last minute request, she was flexible, reliable, and quick to help, which we truly appreciated. It was clear that our pets were well cared for and loved while we were gone. We are sad to see her leave the Cincinnati area, but we have no doubt she will be just as successful and appreciated in her new community. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter! 5 stars all around!

Patrice is so patient with our sassy, demanding older pup! Her background as a vet tech really puts us at ease, and she’s so willing to keep up all the silly little things we do so that Moochie’s routine stays the same even when we aren’t home. Thank you, Patrice!! 🥰

Eric was incredible. He accepted our last minute request and came over with a great attitude and was very professional. And our dog LOVED him, we could tell right away that Eric is a dog person. Great experience with Eric, would definitely hire again!

Jessica stayed with our dogs for a brief house sit and I think our dogs miss her! She spent so much time with them and sent frequent updates on what everyone was up to, which was very much appreciated. Will absolutely book with her again and would recommend her to anyone.

My 10 night overseas trip left Winnie at home alone with a dog sitter for the first time. She’s cautious and lacks confidence, so I was pretty concerned. Katherine communicated daily, sending pictures and updates which really eased my worries. She is very responsible, reliable, and kind. Katherine loved my girl as if she was her own, even getting Winnie to sleep with her at night! I highly recommend Katherine as a dog sitter and hope she will be available the next time I travel.

Rover makes budgeting the cost of House Sitting easy. As long as your dates and pet profiles are correct, the price you see before you book is the same price you pay for House Sitting. For more information on service fees, click here .
As of July 2026, there are 1,436 sitters on Rover offering House Sitting across Wyoming Meadows. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Wyoming Meadows walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Wyoming Meadows maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Wyoming Meadows choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Wyoming Meadows. On Rover:
- 93% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 96% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 98% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
