I quickly messaged Princesa - as this was the day we were to leave for the long memorial weekend - and she responded almost instantly! They were Incredibly flexible offering to meet for public pick up on our way out of town or bring her to their home based on our needs. WOW! Our pups pouted all the way home! Joe and Wan were so easy to work with, and they genuinely were happy to have them. They took excellent care of our pups! We got pictures during their visit, which we really appreciated! Joe told me they take care as if their dog was with someone else. They did just that. We were Rover rookies and had a few bumps on our end. They were very helpful and patient with us.
