About: Hi, I’m Autumn! While I’m new to Rover, I am not new to dogs! Animals have been a huge part of my entire life! At 16, I started working as a kennel assistant at a veterinary clinic. I went on to receive my degree in veterinary technology and dedicated almost 10 years as a tech. Now, I’d love to continue caring for pets beyond the clinic! My husband and I own a 1/2 acre of acre of land in Forest Lake. We have one dog, a senior Shih Tzu named Nala! For the safety of all dogs, I do require they are comfortable being kenneled during times I am away or sleeping. Otherwise, they are free to follow me around the house or even nap on the couch! Caring for animals is my top priority, so I have the flexibility to be home with all pets for the majority of the day, every day! In our home, pets are family! We offer a large lawn to allow your pets plenty of room to exercise. Plenty of snuggles and playtime will be offered along with daily walks as requested/weather permitting. Crating is utilized for safety when pets are not directly supervised (home alone or bedtime). Any other needs? No problem! I know each and every pet has their own unique preferences and needs.

AND she went above and beyond by feeding the chipmunks on our deck (so Benny had some entertainment to watch), by bringing in our mail and by hanging around the house and playing with him. She knew where we keep his wand toys (safely out of sight, until he’s supervised) and she brought them out to play with him. He’s a short hair, so no need to brush him, but she knew that he enjoys it, so she offered him some brushing time. She sent pictures everyday, which was great. I missed him a lot, and seeing daily pictures made me feel better knowing that Benny was having a good time. Honestly, Jackie spoiled our boy almost as much as I do! While I don’t like to leave him often, I won’t hesitate next time, because I know he’s in good hands with Jackie.”

About: I have 2 older BIG dogs and 2 cats. Not afraid of anything that comes out of them lol. Patience and love go a long way with animals. I will walk/watch your animal with the same care and attention that I give my furbabies. I am an online Cybersecurity teacher and work from home, so I have time to stop over while you are at work. Not available after 8pm. I have a semi fenced yard, leashed walks only or hang outside with me on a tie out. We also go to the dog park by the water tower for some off leash play. I never leave them unattended as there are lots of neighbor dogs.

About: We grew up with pets and we have a pet loving family. We have a German wirehair pointer dog, cat and raise rabbits for showing. We also volunteer at a local goat farm and help take care of goats. I work full time out of the home, Monday-Friday, so your dog will be kenneled while we are at work. Unless it’s summer or holiday then my schedule may be different. I will do morning walks and night walks and playtime outside after and before work.
