Sam went above and beyond, even rearranging his work schedule to make sure our dogs were well looked after. He maintained their regimented routine, preparing their unique meals twice a day and taking them out for potty breaks and exercise an additional 3-4 times per day. His conscientiousness really showed in everything he did. Sam stayed overnight in our home, ensuring our dogs felt safe, secure, and comfortable in our absence. It was clear from the photos (and when we returned!) that our dogs were happy, calm, and well cared for. Honestly, I don’t think they even realized we were gone! We had an unexpected situation come up right as we were leaving for Puerto Rico, and our original sitter canceled last minute. Thankfully, this amazing couple stepped in on very short notice and completely saved the trip for us. From day one, they were incredibly reliable, communicative, and caring. They made sure our dog was comfortable, stuck to his routine, and handled his medication perfectly. We got regular updates and pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind while being away. Abby did a great job with our pets on a short notice request for watching our pets. She was very respectful and helpful during her visit. She was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had, kept me informed the entire time we were gone. I can’t imagine a better person for the job.
