I love being outside and going on walks and would love to have a dog to take with me on some adventures as I explore San Antonio. I’m very punctual and good about remembering feeding times or understanding what the dogs needs are. I have owned big and small dogs and love them all so much. I have raised puppies but also cared for my blind and deaf dog during his last few years of life so I am experienced in all stages. My dog doesn't need special accommodations, but they were prepared for extra time, yard time (she loved that), sleep on furniture, etc. They also communicated well for meet/greet, drop off, pick up, and the times they were in the house - with pictures. My pup is heading back for my next out of town trip, because she liked staying there.”

About: I grew up with a wide variety of pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, and fish), have been pet-sitting an even wider variety (parakeets, turtles) since I was a teenager, and also trained service dogs for two different organizations in college. I am currently the go-to pet sitter for most of my friends and family because they know I will treat their pets like my own (i.e. happy and spoiled). --- I have experience with pets in all stages of life, as well as those with special needs. If your pet takes medications or has a complicated feeding schedule, I can easily handle it (bonus points if you provide detailed notes, though!). I am an office worker with a hybrid schedule, so I’m only in the office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. I am available for boarding and drop-in visits most weekdays, weekends and holidays. I own a small, single-story home with a large, fenced in backyard in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of walking trails and parks nearby. I strive to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all. Pets are also welcome on the furniture (I mean, where else will those snuggle sessions occur?). --- I have one cat and two dachshunds, so my house is both cat- and dog-friendly. I provide several cat trees, scratching posts, and litter boxes throughout the house. I also have multiple dog crates, as well as ramps up to the bed and couches.
