He was available to do a meet and greet on short notice, he was a quick and reliable communicator, he left our home clean and tidy, and he sent us photos of all of our animals every day like clockwork with updates on how each was doing. He is clearly a lover of animals and took special care to give attention to our cat who has separation anxiety. We will definitely ask to re-book with him in the future!”
