“We were a bit nervous about leaving Harley all day. Jaclyn eased all that first time puppy parent worry. She went above and beyond during her visits. She worked on walking up and down the stairs with Harley, as well as played with her paws and ears to help desensitize her a bit. At the end of her visits we got a nice detailed report as well as very cute pictures.”

About: I have taken care of dogs since high school. I graduated college in 2023 with a degree in Health Sciences. I am currently working as an aide at a physical therapy clinic, and looking to make extra money. I love pet sitting and caring for animals is one of my strong suits. I am always willing to accommodate you and your dogs needs and I will always care for them like they are my own! I am currently working part-time so I will have plenty of time to care for your fur babies! I am a home body, so I am always at home and also have my mom and grandmom in the home to help if need be. In a clients home, I will leave it completely up to you, how I walk, feed, crate, etc. your dog. But I will always care for your dog as if they were my own! For pet sitting at my home, I do not have a fenced in yard but I usually walk the dogs on leashes around my yard or take them to the park by my house to walk them. I can crate them anywhere in the home if needed. I also have plenty of dog toys/crates/ dog accessories from my own dog.

About: Hi! I’ve grown up with pets all my life. Now that I’m an adult I have 5 cats and a dog. I’ve fostered (and foster failed) both cats and dogs over the years. I watch my friend’s pets here and at their homes as well. At my house I have a spare room that can be your animal’s home away from home if they need their own secluded space. I also have a fenced in yard with friendly neighbors who are also animal lovers. Come in the summer and I’ll send you home with some fresh veggies from my garden too! I get up early for work and make sure to leave plenty of time to feed, clean litter boxes and make sure all my four legged babies are ready for the day. Once home in the afternoon and after I lay down on the couch they all come to find me for love and to lay on me for all the pets. At night all are welcome to sleep with me, on the couch or wherever they are the most comfortable. I home almost all day over the weekends except for the morning time on Sundays. I have a fenced in yard so any dogs are able to go outside whenever they need to to play, pee or lay in the sun. I watch my neighbor’s dogs as needed and will go over every 4 or so hours to let them out over the weekends. During the week I let them out before I go to work and then as soon as I come home. I then let them out again before bed around 8pm. I also am able to let them out as needed when they are in a pinch and can’t get home in time. My cats and yours if they come for a stay will have water and toys available to them at all times. They will be fed twice a day with a snack of crunchies before bed. If you needed me to come to your house to take care of your cats and/or dogs, I would be able to come early in the morning, after work and before bed during the week and every 4-6 hours during the weekend. While at your house I can take animals for a walk, play, give pets and love, brush or whatever else is needed. Of course I’d feed them and clean kitty litter boxes or whatever else your babies need. I am good with giving medicine to cats and dogs. I give daily medication to my dog and have had to give cats medicine in the past.
About: I’ve been taking care of over 5+ dogs, 5+ cats, fish, hamsters, etc for basically my entire life so far. I love all types of animals. I have experience with dogs from a few months old to 15-17, I also have experiences with cats from a few weeks old to 15-17. I’d love to help any person/family who needs a hand sometimes! (i also have experience with geckos/lizards if that helps!) I’m currently working part time and this fall I will be taking classes part time online, so I have plenty of time for taking care of your pets. I would prefer going to others homes due to the fact I already have 3 cats, 2 dogs, gecko, fish, etc at my own home. I plan to take care of the owners pet and house with upmost respect.
“I highly recommend Audrey for any pet sitting needs! She stopped by twice a day to care for my three cats while I went on vacation. I received pictures from her from each drop-in along with an update about how the drop-in went! I felt very comfortable leaving my cats in her hands!”

“Thank you, Autumn, for taking wonderful care of Ashley, our tabby. We so appreciate your attentiveness to her and your willingness to pick up the mail and water plants. Ashley is super relaxed and happy and our plants thriving in spite of the heat. Looking forward to asking you to watch her in the future!”

“Sabrina is a gem. Rocky immediately loved her. She's incredibly sweet and knowledgeable about animals. Clear communication, she asked the right questions during the meet and greet, and we felt completely comfortable with her watching our boy. We will definitely look to her for any future dog sitting needs. 💯 Recommend.”

“Molly is absolutely amazing with our lab puppy. Worked with us for both weekly drop in visits and helped out on the weekends. Couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter!”

About: Let’s be real: your dog deserves a break that’s actually fun! I’m here to make sure they get exactly that. I work at a veterinary hospital so I’m the person who naturally notices the "little things," but when I’m walking your pup, it’s all about the good stuff—fresh air, tail wags, and a serious amount of attention!!! I’ll keep you in the loop with plenty of cute photo updates so you don’t feel like you’re missing out. This isn't just a job for me; I converse, love and care for each dog or cat as my own. I work night shift at a veterinary hospital which gives me a flexible schedule for morning, afternoon and evening feeds, walks and weekend adventures! Whether your pup needs a quick potty break or a stroll to burn off energy, I’m here to make sure they get exactly what they need while you’re busy. Getting out with your dog is the best part of my day! Since I work in a veterinary environment, safety is second nature to me. I’m the person who double-checks the leash, keeps a sharp eye on surroundings, and makes sure the water bowl is always fresh. I treat your home with respect and your pet like they’re my own. Expect plenty of cute photo updates so you can see exactly how much fun we're having!
About: We have owned, rescued, and fostered many fur babies, including seniors and those that have medical needs and hospice care. Fur babies are unconditional love! I am retired and have a lot of time for fur babies. Taking care of fur babies are what keeps me active and, on the go. I have a fenced yard and three smaller dogs that love to play and cuddle. My home is more suited for fur babies then humans!
“OMG, ERIC & Sylvia absolutely rock. We are so thrilled to have found a couple that we can rely on to give us peace of mind when we travel. Our furry babies receive five star care from them and we couldn’t be happier with there service.”
“For never having a person drop in to take care of our dogs before I was very nervous, but Cristine was wonderful. She set up a meet and greet before hand and the day before she confirmed that she was coming. Throughout her two visits she sent adorable pictures and gave an update on the dogs. We are very happy with her and will be using her in the future.”

About: I had a dog as a child. I have had dogs for over 35 years. They are great company and a great addition to any family. I am retired. My time would be totally devoted to spending time with your pet(s). I look forward to giving you the comfort that your pets are well-cared for while you are not home. My pets at home are pretty spoiled. They are not crated and we play inside and outside. Whatever the owners require is what I will do. Unfortunately, my most recent dog died of cancer. I miss her; but look forward to taking good care of other people’s pets.
About: My husband and I are full time, insured dog professionals offering a multitude of dog services (boarding, day care, training, transport, import). I have cared for everything from Frenchies to Malinois to Mastiffs. We live on a farmette and our back yard backs up to our pastures for our pigs, sheep, chickens and horses, so your pups will always have something interesting to look at! I understand the need for consistency with all dogs and my current clients love coming to their farm vacations because of it! We provide a huge fenced yard that was fenced specifically for dogs with three board wood and pet fencing in between, as well as a separate quiet room that the dogs stay in while unable to be watched for their safety (we do have air conditioning in our home since that is a frequently asked question for the brachycephalic breeds). We never have unfamiliar dogs alone together and each dog family has their own space to be able to rest, relax and eat between being outside and playing alone or in a group depending on their needs. Boarding with us provides you with the professionalism and safety of a kennel but the personal touch and care of a home while you are away. Chews, toys and treats are provided with owner approval and photos and videos are sent on a regular basis if you want to ensure your babies are having a blast at “camp”. I am home all day and able to meet the needs of puppies or senior dogs who need frequent outdoor time and I am able to give all other dogs ample outdoors time, either alone or with my very friendly Chessie as a playmate. My husband and I are experienced with all behavior types, and monitor all interactions to ensure your dog is safe and enjoying social time. During busy seasons, we can accommodate multiple clients as long as everyone is friendly. I also have the ability to take reactive dogs and give them plenty of alone time both inside and outside. No dogs are ever left unmonitored while outside or while interacting with other dogs if they are able to do so. Health and safety is the first priority with fullilment being a close second! I am a full time dog professional, so your dog won’t ever be unattended for long periods of time (if ever). Dogs are our priority from the moment we wake up to the moment we go to bed. Please also note that our drop off times are between the hours of 830am and 7pm and by scheduled appointment only- this allows us time to complete our morning routine the day of check in and ensure your pups are coming into a quiet and relaxed environment. Pick up times are more flexible, but we do not do any pick ups later than 9pm most nights and also need to be scheduled, thank you! Please note in the upcoming holiday season: I do not offer drop off or pick up times on major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, New Year’s Day) but we do offer boarding over those holidays! thank you for understanding! I have a large fenced yard and can provide your dog with other doggy playmates, but I can also accommodate dogs who don’t enjoy other canine companions or only prefer humans. I have the ability to safely crate dogs who do best in crates, and separate everyone for naps/feeding etc. During times that I am unable to monitor our dogs, all of them are separated to ensure that all interactions are able to be regulated and safe (my dogs are crated at night and while I am gone).
About: - I’ve been employed at a veterinary hospital for a few years and I am trained to take care of all types of animals - Trained to administer medication of all kinds (injections, oral syringes, manually pilling, etc.) - Trained to evaluate new dogs to see if they are good to play in larger settings with 30+ dogs - Very patient with animals of all temperaments - All I want is for you and your pets to be happy and comfortable :) I work on a rotating bi weekly schedule, meaning some weeks I work 6/7 days and other weeks I am in 4/7 days. I don’t do anything outside of work so getting back to the animals/ taking breaks to see them throughout work is expected on my end and will not be an issue. I have a fenced in yard at my aunts house where I live with her and her Jack Russell Pug who is shy, but good with other dogs. I have an open yard at my parents home (Schwenksville PA) with lots of room to run and play under supervision. I also have a Staffordshire Terrier at my parents house who loves to run and play with other dogs while being supervised.
“Erika was awesome! She was able to come on short notice and really saved our trip! She was thorough, communicative, and took great photos and kept us posted with each visit. We definitely recommend for anyone needing to have a pet sitter or a drop in!”

“Very responsive and sent me a picture. Great walker! Zoë was great when I came back despite the long day in the crate for her and only one walk. He didn’t mind that she had a broken toe and cone of shame.”

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Woxall. On Rover:
- 92% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 95% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 96% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
