I work at a veterinary hospital so I’m the person who naturally notices the "little things," but when I’m walking your pup, it’s all about the good stuff—fresh air, tail wags, and a serious amount of attention!!! I’ll keep you in the loop with plenty of cute photo updates so you don’t feel like you’re missing out. This isn't just a job for me; I converse, love and care for each dog or cat as my own. I work night shift at a veterinary hospital which gives me a flexible schedule for morning, afternoon and evening feeds, walks and weekend adventures! Whether your pup needs a quick potty break or a stroll to burn off energy, I’m here to make sure they get exactly what they need while you’re busy. Getting out with your dog is the best part of my day! Since I work in a veterinary environment, safety is second nature to me. I’m the person who double-checks the leash, keeps a sharp eye on surroundings, and makes sure the water bowl is always fresh. I treat your home with respect and your pet like they’re my own. About: My husband and I are full time, insured dog professionals offering a multitude of dog services (boarding, day care, training, transport, import). I have cared for everything from Frenchies to Malinois to Mastiffs. We live on a farmette and our back yard backs up to our pastures for our pigs, sheep, chickens and horses, so your pups will always have something interesting to look at! I understand the need for consistency with all dogs and my current clients love coming to their farm vacations because of it! We provide a huge fenced yard that was fenced specifically for dogs with three board wood and pet fencing in between, as well as a separate quiet room that the dogs stay in while unable to be watched for their safety (we do have air conditioning in our home since that is a frequently asked question for the brachycephalic breeds). We never have unfamiliar dogs alone together and each dog family has their own space to be able to rest, relax and eat between being outside and playing alone or in a group depending on their needs. Boarding with us provides you with the professionalism and safety of a kennel but the personal touch and care of a home while you are away. Chews, toys and treats are provided with owner approval and photos and videos are sent on a regular basis if you want to ensure your babies are having a blast at “camp”. I am home all day and able to meet the needs of puppies or senior dogs who need frequent outdoor time and I am able to give all other dogs ample outdoors time, either alone or with my very friendly Chessie as a playmate. My husband and I are experienced with all behavior types, and monitor all interactions to ensure your dog is safe and enjoying social time. During busy seasons, we can accommodate multiple clients as long as everyone is friendly. I also have the ability to take reactive dogs and give them plenty of alone time both inside and outside. No dogs are ever left unmonitored while outside or while interacting with other dogs if they are able to do so. Health and safety is the first priority with fullilment being a close second! I am a full time dog professional, so your dog won’t ever be unattended for long periods of time (if ever). Dogs are our priority from the moment we wake up to the moment we go to bed. Please also note that our drop off times are between the hours of 830am and 7pm and by scheduled appointment only- this allows us time to complete our morning routine the day of check in and ensure your pups are coming into a quiet and relaxed environment. Pick up times are more flexible, but we do not do any pick ups later than 9pm most nights and also need to be scheduled, thank you! Please note in the upcoming holiday season: I do not offer drop off or pick up times on major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, New Year’s Day) but we do offer boarding over those holidays! thank you for understanding! I have a large fenced yard and can provide your dog with other doggy playmates, but I can also accommodate dogs who don’t enjoy other canine companions or only prefer humans. I have the ability to safely crate dogs who do best in crates, and separate everyone for naps/feeding etc. During times that I am unable to monitor our dogs, all of them are separated to ensure that all interactions are able to be regulated and safe (my dogs are crated at night and while I am gone).

About: We have owned, rescued, and fostered many fur babies, including seniors and those that have medical needs and hospice care. Fur babies are unconditional love! I am retired and have a lot of time for fur babies. Taking care of fur babies are what keeps me active and, on the go. I have a fenced yard and three smaller dogs that love to play and cuddle. My home is more suited for fur babies then humans!

About: I have taken care of cats for at least 20 years now. I would love to help someone out by taking care of their cats when they cannot. I am retired so I would have a lot of time to take care of your cat or keep them company for a while. I love fur babies. I have three indoor cats and one outdoor cat that comes in to eat and sleep. They get plenty of attention. I would love to add more Cat friends to have fun with.

About: I had my own dog from age 10-16 who I took care of every day and my brother now has a dog who lives with us who I also help take care of. We also had two cats when I was younger and plenty of other pets such as fish, lizards, and hamsters. I now own two of my own cats who are my world! My oldest cat, Solomon, has cerebellar hypoplasia, so I am experienced in taking care of special needs animals as well! I am currently in school attending classes at Kutztown. I commute (obviously lol) so I my schedule is pretty wide open other than class! Right now I just have class MWF from 10-2 (plus commute time), but I’m free otherwise! I know the ins and outs of taking care of animals as I have plenty of experience. I know how to take care of trained and untrained dogs whether that be crates or something else. About: I have loved dogs for as long as I can remember, and have grown up caring for my own pets and friends/familys’ pets. I have confident handling experience with all animals ranging from chickens, goats, cats, dogs, and horses. I also have experience training dogs under my mentor Jaime who owns Compass K9 Academy in Lehigh Valley and has taught me everything I know. I am comfortable with any dog ranging from dachshunds (I grew up with 3 of them!) all way to working line Shepherds. Whether it’s attending sport dog trials, playing and hiking with my own dog… it’s in my nature to arrange my free time around the needs of my dog and client dogs! I have a clean, 2 bedroom apartment (heat/AC) but primarily when I have a dog for daycare/boarding the fun is all outside. Your dog will join me (and my dog if yours is okay with it) to local parks and trails dependent on the dogs’ abilities and preferences. We will spend time sniffing at the local field and get lots of belly rubs and cuddles when play time is over! **Due to me having my own dog and needing to keep the environment controlled and safe with new incoming dogs, your dog MUST be able to sleep in a crate in my spare room which has its own AC unit/baseboard heater and quiet space.** I recommend sending your fur baby along with their own bed & favorite toy to remind them of you when you’re away!
