“Jen was great to work with. Friendly and obviously happy to care for our cat. She worked with us on scheduling the meet and greet even with crazy schedules. Took the pictures with each visit. I would recommend her to anyone.”

“Bradli took fantastic care of my two cats for a couple days! She was always on time, took plenty of photos, and followed instructions perfectly; she even managed to convince the skittish one to accept some pets. Would definitely hire her again :)”

“Victoria took care of our cats like they were her own. She made sure they were safe and taken care of. My cats warmed up to her quickly. One of my cats gets stressed out easily, and when she needed to go to the vet to get some anti-nausea medicine, Victoria was accommodating and flexible to take her to our vet. Also, she tidied our house and cleaned up any of the cat’s messes. She was diligent in making sure our house was locked up and safe. Lastly, her communication was top notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again!”

“Ryan is such a great person. He was on time in all of his visits. He followed all instructions as I provided. I could not be happier with his service. Highly recommend”

“Samantha is punctual, reliable, and extremely caring for our cats! Each time, they've been more than happy and comfortable with her helping out. We have one cat, Char, who is very nervous around people - even those she's seen a few times, but each of the cats appear happy and comfortable around Samantha! 100% recommend to anyone looking for help with their previous fur babies!”

About: I’ve taken care of all types of animals including hamsters, birds, and snakes which includes feeding, watering, and taking care of their habitat. However my main focus has been walking and taking care of dogs daily or for a long period of time. A special service would be walking dogs to Oregon Ridge Park. I’m currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to play and/or walk your dog. This would allow me the opportunity to take your pet on a longer walk. For the pet’s well being and comfort I would make sure I have all the necessities for the pet, including food, water and toys. In addition I would need to have all the information for the dog in case of an emergency which would include both the pet parent’s number and the vet.

“Cheryl was an incredible help with a last minute drop-in. She followed all of our instructions carefully and made sure our two small dogs were well cared for. Her prompt responses and photo updates were such a reassuring bonus. Thank you!”

About: Hi, I’m Alex. I’ve got years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats in homes and out on walks—everything from laid-back seniors to high-energy breeds. I’ve helped with boarding, daily visits, and routine walks, always making sure pets feel safe, understood, and cared for. I’m comfortable giving medications (including pilling by hand), and I’m good at reading animal body language to meet their needs calmly. I also have a great network to consult if something unexpected comes up. Your pet will get the same care and attention I give my own. I have an open schedule right now, and the only times I need to be at my regular job is in the evening a few days a week (which is nearby). I prioritize a safe, trusting environment tailored to each pet’s unique needs, whether in my home or theirs. My approach adapts to the service requested, always ensuring comfort, security, and attentive care. A pet’s well-being is my top priority.

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, including my childhood dogs- Sandy, who was with us for 12 years, and Callie, a senior dog I helped care for during her later years. I’m familiar with the needs of aging pets, from administering medication to offering extra patience and comfort. I’ve also helped care for pets belonging to extended family, so I understand how important trust and communication are. I treat every dog with the same love and attention I’d give my own. Pet care fits seamlessly into my routine. I work part time and am available on weekends, early mornings, and late evenings to meet your pet’s needs. At home, I care for my two cats, Kiara and Saul, with playtime, brushing, feeding, and fresh water. While I haven’t had pet-sitting clients yet, I want to provide the same level of love and care to other pets. I follow instructions closely and make sure each animal feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for in their environment.

About: I love cats as I do all animals. My Lucy can attest to that through her purrs. She also loves dogs especially her sister Piper. I have plenty of time to devote to caring for all animals including cats. I offer equal opportunity love to all my four legged friends. I can for my pets and others pets as if they were my children. They deserve equal love and attention. I spoil them with love just like I would a child.

“I was away for 10 days, Liz was incredibly respectful of my space and took amazing care of my Layla making sure she was fed, snuggled, and entertained. Layla never does well with new people but somehow Liz’s amazing presence was an exception. When I got home, she had fully cleaned the apartment making it look as though I never left, if not better than when I left it. She made sure to keep me updated with EVERYTHING, sending me pictures and videos so I knew Layla was doing good. She also responded very quickly every time which lifted all my stress off of me as it was my first time leaving my apartment in the hands of a sitter. As a first timer on Rover, Liz well exceeded my expectations and I will definitely choose her in the future when I go on more trips!”
