“Jennifer was great with my pup with separation anxiety! I could tell she was in good hands. She also left my place super clean and even washed the sheets before she left! Will definitely use her again!”

About: Animals have been the heart of my life for over 22 years. I’ve raised and trained puppies cared for senior dogs with mobility issues and blindness and currently love my own elderly dog every day. I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your pet not just to keep them safe, but to truly care for them in your absence. I am trained in dog CPR, comfortable giving oral medications and experience with special needs dogs. I’m also organized, reliable and active- happy to take your pup on long walk or runs, depending on what makes their tail wag. Your pet will be treated like one of my own with patience, love and a lot of attention. Pet care fits in seamlessly into my daily life since I work from home- I already care for my two dogs so adding in time for yours is a joy, not a disruption. I structure my days around check-ins, walks, playtime and making sure everyone feels loved and cared for. With a little planning and quick check-in for my own pups, I can be fully present for yours, making sure they feel happy safe and loved. When caring for pets in a client‘s home, I treat it like my own- with respect, care and attention to every detail. I stick closely to your pets normal routine to help them feel secure and comfortable while you’re away. I’m very intuitive and sensitive to your pet emotions; I pay close attention to their body language and energy to make them feel safe, calm and loved. I make sure that their needs are met with love and consistency. I also keep you updated with photos and messages so you never have to wonder how things are going.

About: I started doing house sitting/pet sitting through families I cared for as a pre school teacher. It has grown to: “second families”, friends, co workers, references, etc. As sad as it is, I’ve also sat for animals in extremely poor medical conditions. This included going to the vet for meds. I had to gather a planner to keep track and trauma how I knew I was ready to begin doing more and more :) As I am writing this, I’m house sitting for a former co-worker. While working full time, I’m able to spend mornings/evenings and full days on weekends. I look forward to hearing from you! Please don’t hesitate to message and learn more! I look forward to speaking and honored to take care of your precious fur babies! I work a normal 9-5, and off on weekends! Always happy to help! I am flexible and easy to make a routine that fits you and your fur babies needs! I follow instructions very well for in the home, and love on your fur babies as if they are my own! There was isn’t anything I can’t handle! I also love snuggle bugs if you allow them in your beds! 😊

“Kathryn was the best during our ten day trip away. Our pets, Kaci and Willow, absolutely loved her. She came over to meet them before the sit and Kaci, who usually barks for awhile at a new person, took inly a few minutes to feel comfortable with her. And Willow, the “don’t pick me up” cat, let Kathryn hold her! She let us know right away when the power and a/c went out one day and kept us informed. We will definitely ask her to sit for us again when we have to leave our home and fur kids!”

“Julia was an amazing sitter for our dog and cat! She gave consistent updates and photos, and we could tell our pup was much less anxious because of Julia’s care and attention. We’ll definitely want to work with her again!”

“Abby was great! Highly recommend using her. It was my first time leaving Hagrid with her and she took great care of him. I got photos and updates. She even brought him to the beach which he loves. Walks were always on time as requested and she left the house in immaculate shape. We look forward to having her help again when needed.”

“WOW. Alina was phenomenal, went above and beyond taking care of our prince Abu. She was communicating with me for the entire duration of our trip, sending updates, photos and videos. Not to mention she washed and replaced the bedding she used! 11/10 highly recommend!! Abu absolutely loved her as well so big plus. The woman even bought him toys!!”

“Tori is awesome! She is communicative, timely, and kind. My lab Annie loved her and seemed very at ease even during her first meeting. I’ll be utilizing her as a sitter again and recommend you do the same!”

“Summer was so amazing, would highly recommend booking her for any pet care! My dog Henry absolutely loved her and she went above and beyond making sure he had a fun time while I was away with long walks, taking him to the beach, snuggling on the couch, etc. I was sent lots of updates and pictures while I was away so I felt very confident he was in great hands. Everything was clean and tidy when I came back and I would 110% book with Summer again!”

“If we could give Shawn 10 stars, we would!!!! If you are reading this review and wondering whether you should hire Shawn, we'd say look no further and book Shawn now. We found Shawn after a last minute cancellation by another Rover dog sitter. He came right over to meet our dog, Art. Shawn was very responsible and responsive throughout our entire trip. He followed all of our pup's instructions exactly -- and went above board by giving Art lots of extra love and attention and even taking our pup on a pre-approved "field trips."”

About: I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life! I’ve spent a lot of time with golden retrievers, cats, small dogs and more. I really enjoy being outside with the dogs, throwing the ball the most and walking them as well. I would be a perfect fit for medium to small dogs and cats. Always happy to have a conversation about larger dogs should you need the help! Look forward to helping you with whatever you need. Currently I’m off Sunday-Tuesday with some commitments but that can be arranged! I work downtown on all other days so nights would be better suited for those days. I currently have a small family dog that I care for on a daily basis. I prefer to dog sit for residents that have a fenced in back yard. I enjoy taking them for walks as well. If travel is needed elsewhere please keep in mind I have a mini cooper.

About: I am an aspiring licensed professional engineer who loves taking care of dogs of all kinds! I grew up with a yorkie for 11 years and took care of him every day with walks, baths, and play time. Since graduating college, I’ve loved dogsitting with Rover because it’s allowed me to continue spending time with dogs during a time I’m unable to have one of my own. I love cuddling with them after a long day, and I live a very active lifestyle so I love playing with them as much as possible. If your dog is in need of any training, I’ll always be happy to help! If you are looking for a fun and very attentive dog sitter, I’m your girl! I work with a flexible company, so I have lots of flexibility when it comes to checking on pets throughout the day. I live in a townhouse, but I will gladly stay in a client’s home if that makes the pet feel more comfortable. I prefer taking care of the pet in the owner’s home because it creates more flexibility with my roommate and their availability to have dogs in their home. I also think this makes your dog feel a lot more comfortable while you are away!
