I had originally boarded two of my pups with them and my third dog, whose original boarding plans fell through last minute, was having a rough time with the new sitter. He’s a senior and needed to be around familiarity… so I contacted Osmin and asked if he would be ok with picking him up and boarding him along with the two other pups. He didn’t even hesitate before saying yes. He stayed in contact with me throughout the process, picked up my senior dog, and sent me updates of how my senior was acclimating. Can’t express my gratitude enough!”

“I carefully looked for sitters with good reviews and who can take on a lot of dogs at a time, because Toby -loves- playing with other dogs, all of whom are his best friend as far as he's concerned! Then, I suddenly had to leave 4 days earlier than planned. Yvette was incredibly accommodating and I didn't feel the least bit of irritation or concern from her. I also ended up extending my stay by a couple of days and it was a breeze. Toby had the time of his life with his canine friends and it was obvious he was loved by his Yvette and her husband. My daughter ended up moving out of ..... the continent! I will definitely ask Yvette to take care of Toby when I visit my daughter. :)”
