“Kate is awesome! She goes over and beyond just walking and visiting my doggie while I'm at work. For example, she raked the leaves on my front yard because it was getting bad and I was too lazy to do it, haha. She also coordinated with the San Antonio Feral Cat Coalition to trap my neighborhood cats, get them fixed, then release them back to the neighborhood. We have lots of cats here, so that really helped control the cat population in the community!”

About: I care for any dog I meet as much as the owner does.I’ve cared for puppies and adult dogs. I can also keep up with a sick dogs medication needs. I have stayed overnight with dogs at their house with no issues. I work overnight so my schedule isn’t necessarily “ordinary” therefore I can watch your pets while YOU are away. Dogsitting does give me something fun to do during the day. I have been to many clients homes and have not had any issues. I respect the home as the clients home as well as the dogs.

“I have a German shepherd and 2 bernese mountain dogs, they are very active and large. I was trying to find someone that could take 300 lbs. of dogs for a hike and wear them out before I got home for the weekend. I had a friend who had hired Virginia a few times before, so they gave me her number, we texted, she met the dogs. She took them all on a nice hike out of North Bend and took photos of them at the waterfall. She even went the extra mile and had water and snacks for them. The weekend was great with them being exhausted. Thanks to Virginia. She watched our dogs every Thursday and Friday, our dogs are going to miss you now that you have moved to Texas.”

When I was at work one day, the emergency siren went off and my dog got anxious and threw up twice when she was being walked.. About: Hello! I am a full-time EMT for Atascosa county. I live with my fiancé (also a firefighter/paramedic) and our fur babies, Oakley, a chocolate lab and Slater a Golden Retriever. We also have a 4 year old Ball Python named Luna. There is ALWAYS someone home looking after our boys and your babies will get the same treatment. We are so excited to open up our home to more dogs, and to let our own dogs meet some new friends (with permission). We know basic dog CPR, due to the nature of our job, and we enjoy taking our own for walks. We understand how nerve wracking it can be to leave your fur babies in the hands of someone else, so we are more than willing to accommodate any special needs/requests, as well as sending as many updates as you’d like. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or would like more information! We love playing fetch in our secured backyard everyday while it is still cool in the mornings, and once the sun goes down. We also have a kiddie pool in the back yard that regularly gets refilled to help keep the doggos cool. Our dogs are on a schedule that they are used to, but I am more than willing to accommodate your dogs own needs! I can kennel your dog as requested (feeding time, bed time, alone time), as our dogs have their own as well.

About: I have had pets for as long as I can remember (more than a few decades). I couldn’t exist without the laughter, comfort, companionship and love they bring us. We truly don’t deserve them sometimes. I have experience with puppies, seniors, sick, injured and shy fur babies. I am confident in my abilities to handle all except extreme cases of behaviours and am certain you will be happy too, knowing that your pets are safe and cared for when with me. I am currently a stay at home Mom with adult and teenage children. I can be very flexible if required. I am open to discussing your specific needs. I currently have 4 pets at home and do all I can to ensure their safety, health and happiness. We maintain a fenced yard. I provide home prepared meals and my pets are considered part of our family.

About: i’ve fostered many pets and found them loving homes as well as having my own little doggy, Sunflower! She is a trained and well mannered dog who loves friends!! currently working part time in a retail shop as well as part time student, though school is out until January so almost completely open schedule! other than that I go to the gym most nights I prefer houses with fences but it’s all the same as long as it is communicated that the dog(s) would need to be walked and how frequently!
