I'm Brittany, I have a home with a yard in Bowling Green, KY that would be great for your pet. I love animals. Like many, I grew up with at least one pet. I enjoy taking them for walks, playing, or just lounging on the couch. Please let me know of any special needs your pet may have - diet, medicine, special care, etc. In my opinion, our dogs are family and I will treat them like I would my own family! Also, I will keep you updated with pictures throughout the stay and will respond quickly to calls/texts. I do keep food/water bowls, toys, a retractable leash, a large crate, a stake with 30ft cable in the back yard to run, and treats on hand! About: I have a black lab named Xara who is 12 years old. I've dog sat for many people over the years. I love taking care of animals and just enjoying time with them. I know how hard it is to find someone who can take care of my animal when I need to go out of town or on a short trip. I'd love to be a helping hand I work part time only in the mornings and am home for the remainder of the day. I love outside play and sun bathing. At least my pup does. I offer frequent potty breaks, make sure water is always available and playtime is a must. I will love your pet as my own and hope you will give me the privilege of caring for them. “Maggie did not utilize the full time that I paid for. I booked her for 30 minute drop in visits, twice daily. The longest visit was about 24 minutes, with the shortest being only 12 minutes. I feel ripped off because I am paying for a service and didn’t get what I paid for. Also, I am aware our backyard was a bit muddy due to recent rains, and there were some muddy foot prints on the floors when I left, but we came home to large clumps of mud in the house and mud/dirt stains all over our furniture. Our grey couches were brown with dirt and when I gave the dog a bath, we got so much dirt off her feet. Maggie also didn’t use the Rover app regularly for check ins and I only received photos from her a couple times during the 5 days we were gone. She was communicative and friendly until I addressed the short visits with her and then she stopped communicating all together. Unfortunately, I would not book with her again, nor would I recommend her to anyone else.”
About: I’ve had my own dogs for years, so lots of care experience. Capable of handling high energy dogs, as well as dogs who like to sleep their days away! I am a student at Western Kentucky University, but I have plenty of free time in between classes to play with and care your dog! I can do midday walks or drop ins almost any day. Your dog will receive lots of love and attention, as well as long walks or trips to the dog park. I never take walks without using a leash and I don’t allow dogs to eat table food. I can reply quickly for any needs. If you choose me to take care of your dog, your dog will have a wonderful time!

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
