“Sara did an excellent job checking on my 4 cats. They were happy and social when I returned after 7 days instead of being aloof as they were in the past. I will definitely have Sara take care of my kitties again the next time I have to go out of town.”

“Julia has taken fantastic care of all of my special needs, senior dogs and gives them the love and attention they need. We’re very thankful for the wonderful care she gives all of my dogs!”

“Katherine did a great job caring for our two dogs! She was timely with her visits, and gave us updates and photos that my whole family enjoyed reading/seeing. Would definitely recommend!”

“We are always pleased with the care and attention Cheryl bestows on our fur baby Mia. She gives detailed well written reports of her visits that capture Mia’s personality and behaviors. We look forward to reading each of her reports and viewing the photos she captures during her visits. We couldn’t ask for a better pet sitter then Cheryl, thanks again.”

About: Hi, I’m Olivia – I have a loving fun home where your pet will feel comfortable and well taken care of. I'm a dependable pet caregiver you can trust. Whether your furry child needs playtime or overnight care, I treat every pet like they’re my own. I know how important it is to feel at ease when someone else is looking after your best friend – and I’m here to give you peace of mind and your pet all the love they deserve. I work 100% remotely, which gives me the flexibility to be present and attentive throughout the day. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping your pet company, I’m able to give your fur baby the love and attention they need — all day long! I tailor my care based on your pet’s personality and needs. I’m very active and love taking dogs on walks or runs, but I’m just as happy strolling around the yard if your pup prefers a slower pace. I focus on keeping your pet comfortable, safe, and feeling loved — whether we’re playing, relaxing, or just keeping to their usual routine.
“Sara was AMAZING with our kitties during our trip to Europe!! She sent us pictures every day and kept us informed of all the daily activities. She also checked our mail, brought in packages, and took care of our house. Great communication and took amazing care of our babies. We will definitely be booking her again for our next trip - cannot recommend enough!!”

“Linda was amazing and so sweet with our babies! I was nervous to leave home with the cold weather coming, but everything was taken care of so well! She kept them fed and watered but also took the time to love on our babies! She communicated with us and sent lots of pictures. We have dogs, cats, chickens, and a quail, and everyone was in great shape when we arrived home. I would recommend her to everyone we know and will use her again.”

About: Hi! My name is Addie and I love animals! I have two dogs, three cats, and a horse of my own! I have worked at a vet clinic now for 3 years in my home town! When I am not in the clinic you can find me at WKU where I am studying animal science with a pre-vet concentration! I also love to spend my down time at the shelter in Bowling Green! Here I love on the cats and take shelter dogs for walks! I grew up on a farm with many animals and have grew to love all of them! During my job as a vet assistant I have learned how to work with all different demeanors and personalities when it comes to animals! I have experience with timid pups, outgoing animals, energetic animals, puppies, and so much more! I look forward to meeting your fur babies! Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Bowling Green
Adria did awesome with my dog, Darcy, while I was away from her for the first time! I was able to easily review my pet’s needs with her and felt like my pup was in good hands while I was gone! She was able to handle my very strong 50lb dog who is energetic and loves to pull on her leash, and I felt safe with her ability to handle this. Would definitely recommend Adria and use her again to watch my dog next time I’m traveling without her!

She’s AMAZING and took such good care of our cat Bubba! I can’t say enough good things about Mackenzie from her kindness helping us out on the spur of the moment, literally the day before we left to feeding, playing with and caring so much about our cat Bubba! Left us detailed notes, pictures of him and even a video! I will ONLY use Mackenzie from here on out and you should also, she’s great!

Riley was absolutely fantastic with my two cats! My cats have never had an “outside of the family” sitter before and can be extremely anxious because of this. However, Riley’s care for them made them less anxious and one of my cats, who is very afraid of people she doesn’t know and will hide, actually came out each visit and let Riley pet her multiple times! She also sent updates and photos of my cats, which I really appreciated. Riley is an amazing sitter, so I highly recommend her for all of your pet-sitting needs!

Austin was very sweet and attentive to Edie's needs. He hung out and watched TV with her, which is exactly what she loves. I didn't worry about her basic needs being met at all while we were gone. He is great at communicating and we will definitely do book again!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
