“Sara was so wonderful with Sophie and when she came back to the house, Sophie ran to the door to greet her. Sara will be my go to for Sophie as she took great care of her.”

“Linda is awesome!!! The most reliable, trustworhy, communicative, and kind sitter. Our dogs were well-loved by Linda. We will be using her anytime we need a sitter! Cannot say enough good things about her.”

“Oo was fantastic with Livie and we returned to a pet who was well cared for and happy to see us. Oo was respectful and kind, and communicated so well after each visit. I knew without a doubt that Livie was receiving the best care and being loved on due to the level of communication from Oo. She sent multiple photos and described each visit in detail. Truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend her!”

“Anna was AMAZING!! She scheduled time to meet with me and my dogs before my trip and her report cards per visit were detailed and full of beautiful photos! She even sent me a video! My dogs look soooo happy in the photos and she even took a photo of her laying on the floor with them covering her face in kisses. So, clearly, my dogs give her 5 stars, too!”

“She’s AMAZING and took such good care of our cat Bubba! I can’t say enough good things about Mackenzie from her kindness helping us out on the spur of the moment, literally the day before we left to feeding, playing with and caring so much about our cat Bubba! Left us detailed notes, pictures of him and even a video! I will ONLY use Mackenzie from here on out and you should also, she’s great!”

About: Hi, I’m Olivia – I have a loving fun home where your pet will feel comfortable and well taken care of. I'm a dependable pet caregiver you can trust. Whether your furry child needs playtime or overnight care, I treat every pet like they’re my own. I know how important it is to feel at ease when someone else is looking after your best friend – and I’m here to give you peace of mind and your pet all the love they deserve. I work 100% remotely, which gives me the flexibility to be present and attentive throughout the day. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping your pet company, I’m able to give your fur baby the love and attention they need — all day long! I tailor my care based on your pet’s personality and needs. I’m very active and love taking dogs on walks or runs, but I’m just as happy strolling around the yard if your pup prefers a slower pace. Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
