“Julie did an amazing job connecting with my cat. Usually when I return my cat is not very happy. The cat was very peaceful which matters since she’s elderly and has health issues. I highly recommend Julie. I also felt relaxed while away getting updates on a daily basis.”

About: We lost our last little guy in February 2024. It’s the first time in 35+ years without at least one dog under the same roof, and it’s felt like something essential is missing. I have such a love for dogs, and would love to pass that on to yours while you have to be away from them. That’s my main reason for being a Rover Sitter. I’m semi-retired and work from home, so your dog(s) will get my full attention. Your dog(s) will get care, love, playtime and exercise. Outside, they'll be supervised, whether they’re just roaming, playing or doing their business. I myself love to walk, and welcome having your dog as my walking buddy. Inside, they'll get a lot of attention and affection whether playing ball, or just chilling out. If you've got a senior, I am very experienced in that care, whether simple TLC, boosts when standing, meds, multiple bathroom breaks, etc. Our dogs were allowed on the furniture, and slept on the bed with us; I respect and will follow your rules for that, though. For those who like to sleep in their own "den," I have a lot of experience with crate training also. I'm happy to do a meet-and-greet before the first visit to make sure everybody's comfortable -- both canine and human. Photos and updates are happily available while you're away. I work from home, and have a very flexible schedule throughout the day. I can sit with your dog(s) any day of the week and/or weekend. Outside, they'll be supervised, whether they’re just roaming, playing or doing their business. I myself love to walk, and welcome having your dog as my walking buddy. About: {Please note I have removed Housesitting from my services through 2025 for a health recovery. Thank you for understanding! ❤️🩹🐶} I have been Petsitting and housesitting for friends and family for more than 25 years, so I figured, why not make new friends and continue the tradition? It’s one of my greatest joys in life, getting to know and play with new puppers and their people!! I’ve cared for many types and breeds of dogs, cats, and exotic animals (snakes, tortoises, lizards, turtles, tarantulas, exotic fish, chickens, etc.) and all types of pet personalities - shy, rambunctious, skittish, lazy, grouchy, energetic, and everything in-between. From trained purebreds to rescues who have been abused or neglected and need special attention, I have worked with and enjoyed them all. I’ve administered meds, cared for sick pups and kitties, and taken my charges to the vet when needed. I could be trained to care for your pigs, goats, sheep, horses, etc. I travel a good deal and understand the importance of being able to have your non-human child well looked after and not have to worry about them while you’re out of town, or even if you’re just at work. I work remotely, so your pet gets potty breaks often, and they have a human around almost all the time. We go for small walks around a delightful neighborhood when desired, or longer walks/hikes on nearby trails if the bigger pups are game. There are no off-limits areas in our house- my pug Napoleon slept *under the covers* in the big bed he believed he owned - but if you have different rules, they will be enforced as dictated. Any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask! I am excited to meet you - and your human friends ;)! Working remotely from my home office provides plenty of opportunity for potty breaks and puppy love in-between client interactions on the phone. It also allows me to stay full-time in your home with your pets if overnight sits are your preference. All that is needed is a strong internet connection and a comfortable, quiet place in your home to work. I have a gated yard in the front but can take little pups on-leash if there’s any concern. There’s also a small potty area in the back yard with a full fence for off-leash outside time. I can accommodate a small crate in my home, if desired. For overnights in your home, an initial meet-n-greet will be required prior to the first engagement to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.

“Karmyn was thorough in her updates after visiting my cats, attentive to their needs, and followed directions really well. We appreciate her being willing to go above and beyond for us.”

“Jesse was a great help with our young and exuberant golden! He was dependable, gave updates and sent great pictures. We will be using his services again! Thanks so much Jesse!!”

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was five years old. I still distinctly remember the breeder of the first dog I ever owned - a chocolate lab named Ginger - looking me in the eye after seeing I was apprehensive about the dogs and telling me, "Son, some day this dog will be the best friend you ever had." Ginger and I went everywhere together. I've had dogs and cats virtually my whole life, and the animals love me. While I am employed full time, I work in a hybrid setting that includes roughly 3 remote days per week, so I can be pet sitting on site and developing as close a band as I can to alleviate the babies' separation anxiety. I aim to please - if you'd prefer for your fur baby to be crated at night, then I will make sure s/he does that. My only job, other than to make the babies' experience as smooth as possible, is to follow the directions laid out by the owners.

About: We have had horses, cows, chickens, goats, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, you name it. I am very good at communicating with them and making them feel at home. I am a nursing student in need of a good paying job with a flexible schedule. This opportunity seemed perfect to me especially since outside of class I don’t get to interact with animals a lot! My home is very safe. Our fields have fences around them and I would keep your fur babies on leashes if they need to be!

About: I have had dogs in my life since I was 3 years old and have always had a passion and love for them. I currently have 15 dogs myself (5 are rescue/fosters). I previously worked for an animal rescue that has had all types of dogs (and other animals) including small & large breed dogs, special needs (seizures, diabetes, amputees), escape artists, etc. I'm also a certified Positive-Reinforcement Dog Trainer through Catch! Dog Training Academy. I would love to meet you and your dog and help with any of your needs! Walks, Drop in Visits, Watching them while you're away on vacation. I know how wonderful it is to have peace of mind while you're away from your babies and they will always be safe with me! :) I'm a small business owner (Dog Collars, Leashes, Etc.) with a very flexible schedule to easily fit you and your pet's needs. I can be available on most days or times as needed. I want to provide all pets with the love & care that they require. It is so important to me to provide a safe, calm, and enriching environment where your dog can be their best self.

“So happy Rosaria was available for my last minute booking. I will definitely be using her in the future she’s so kind and sweet to my dogs they loved their time with her. She went above and beyond letting them play out all their energy.”

“Stefanie took care of our two cats and I would not hesitate to book her again. Great communication, and follow ups after each visit. Very reliable and caring. I highly recommend booking with her!”

About: I love all animals and love giving them the care and attention you do! If your dog is up for it, I'll take them for a run or to the dog park near my house. Getting outside and running around are very important if your dog is able. As are snuggles, of course. I have a flexible schedule and am happy to do whatever your pup needs. I have a year old Aussie-Hound mix pup also and she loves to play with other dogs. She will be with me most of the time and is a great partner for old or young dogs. I think communication is key, especially in watching your pet! To ensure trust and allow you to rest easy, I'm happy to text and send photos throughout my time with your sweet animal! I feel that it's an honor to be trusted with your pet. I work full time but have flexibility in my schedule to be home with your pets, take them on walks or hikes, play, feed, and snuggle, of course. I live on a private spacious farm with lots of rooms for dogs to run and play. My pup loves other dogs too. Your pets safety and care is the upmost importance!

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since I was 15 while being a full-time babysitter every summer and on weekends (when school was back in). Family friends and family members have relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets while being out of town as well. I also have experience with larger animals due to living on farmland (horses, pigs, cows.) I have taken care of multiple german shepherds for the larger breeds as well as chihuahuas on the smaller side. I currently have a full-time job 8-4:30 in an office environment but for the most part, I have open availability after work and on weekends anytime. I have a fenced-in area as well as two very energetic dogs to keep your dog company! I can easily crate your dog if needed. I will send you updates with pictures and videos of course of your fur babies during any visits to ensure you peace and comfort knowing they are well taken care of.

About: I have trained puppies, love taking fur babies on hikes, and have cared for people’s pets off an on my entire life. I am also in the process of training a kitten and traveling. I am familiar with livestock such as chickens, pigs, and goats. I am currently traveling the country living a nomad lifestyle, I have an open agenda which means plenty of time to provide excellent car for your furry loved ones. I provide ample love and attention, ensure proper exercise/play time, and maintain their current schedules. I routinely supply you (the pet parent) with updates as well as photos and videos of your furry friends living their best life while you also live yours.

“Eric is just the best! From the moment you and your dog meet him you will see and feel that. He is super nice, reliable, and incredibly communicative. He always sends updates and photos, which will put a huge smile on your face and let you know your dog is having the best day/time. Whether it’s play time or overnight stays your dogs will always be excited to see Eric. He is like the Pied Piper of furry friends . . . a ringleader they all want to follow along with and have fun. He is so reliable, trustworthy and provides such a kind, gentle home with a great backyard for play. I’ve known Eric for more years than I can count . . . he has the soul of a dog and is such a dog lover! He truly cares about them as family. Our dog is always thrilled to see Eric and I trust him implicitly.”
