About: Home is where your heart is as your pets are in your heart, I take care of both while your away on vacation or a work trip. My fur babies are my world. So you can be rest assured I care for yours as they're my own! I can assist with pet care in your home or mine. I offer dog walking for when you are at work or away from home on holiday. Playtime is paramount for most pets. It keeps them engaged and happy. Dogs that are active should have extra activities while you're away. I'm an active person and I believe it's your pets utmost health benefit to have lots of playtime and outdoor time! I also have fostered and pet sit for elderly or more low key dogs and always provide just the right amount of activity to take any limitations so not to strain or over do. I am currently taking dog behavioral training classes. I have some behavior training for dogs to best understand your pet. As I am always seeking to further my studies. I have lead trained, potty trained, and offered basic training during my time of sitting. Do not hesitate to schedule a meet and greet. Be happy to meet ya! I do work full-time, but mostly from home. Pets need to be OK on their own without constant supervision and pets have to be playful and friendly with others. I have several pets of my own. I do separate dogs I pet sit from my dogs after playtime so each of them can rest. I do separate during eating times as well.
About: I have been a pet owner my entire life and have always had dogs or cats in my home. My wife and I currently have a dog who we adopted from a shelter. My wife is a certified Dog Trainer and is also employed by the local Humane Society, so we are both involved in the care of animals and absolutely love it! I mention this only to better emphasize our mutual love for animals. She has her own job and business and will not be assisting me in any way in my endeavor to employ myself as a Dog/Cat sitter/walker/care giver, etc. I am retired, and as such I am available most every day to help anyone in need of services, little to no advance notice necessary. I am retired and run a small book selling business out of my home. My business only takes an hour or so of my time each morning, so I am available almost anytime every day of the week to help care for dogs/cats. I have a senior dog in my home at the moment, a dog that my wife and I adopted from a rescue shelter. She is an inside dog, but we have 10 acres so when she goes out, she has freedom to run around. For clients, I am comfortable with any type of service necessary. I can take care of dogs in the house, take them for walks, feed them, hang out for a bit and play with them, etc. Most any service you need, I can do. I do take care of cats as well, although they do not really need much other than cleaning up, feeding, and some attention.
About: I've had and taken care of my own dogs ranging from Great Danes to chihuahuas and everything in between, I would go to friends and family members house just to play with the animals. I love providing care and love to any furbaby near me!! If you're stricter with your dog, you need a sitter who'll uphold those rules, not let them slide. I've taken care of dogs and cats for friends and family for years, and I've learned that it's not about what I want — it's about honoring what the owner has built with their pet. I work with the public in my day job, so patience is second nature to me. Pets are no different. They need someone who can read their energy, stay calm, and meet them where they're at. I also love running and playing with animals. Exercise is huge — but I get that a walk isn't always about distance. Sometimes they need to run. Sometimes they need to stop and smell everything. I match their pace, not mine. I don't know if anything really sets me apart from other sitters. I just genuinely want to be there for the furry family member. My availability in inconsistent due to Firefighting but I will always respond as soon as I'm able too. I understand due to my schedule I won't the best sitter for if you need someone daily, but if you need someone to drop-in, walk your dog, or just need a night out, feel free to leave a message. Currently working for a fire department, schedule can be inconsistent. Great for drop in play times and walks. Days off from fire department can be great for unexpected care. Currently unable to have pets in home due to renting rules. Will make sure to confirm and follow all rules with you before accepting the job.

About: Have had pets my entire life, bred multiple reptiles in the past, have had several dogs over the years, exotics, still have a 23 year old african grey who is my middle child who won't leave the nest, spent a decade volunteering at a no-kill shelter, multiple animal rescues, have worked in multiple veterinary offices, been vegetarian since 1997, worked as a vegan chef in several restaurants, and still love to cook for potlucks, friends and fun! I'm currently just working a few days a week in a restaurant, no other commitments. Plus it's the longest I've ever been without companion animal of my own, so I have extra time and love to give at the moment. Will follow the owners instructions to the tee, and more often than not spend additional time when possible. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
