About: “I have taken care of dogs my whole life and currently have a sweet pug puppy named Willow. I love taking dogs on walks, giving them playtime, potty breaks, snuggles, and lots of attention. I treat every dog like my own — with patience, kindness, and positive reinforcement. About: My family have always owned at least 4 dogs at a time and growing up it was our responsibility as kids to care for them. We would brush them, walk them, feed them, and bath them. I recently graduated with an MBA from East Tennessee State University and I’m working full time as a marketing manager for Ballad Health Medical Associates. I work 3 in days in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and work 2 days remotely Monday and Friday. My job is 2 minutes from my home so I would be able to check on your dog during lunch or check on them at your place. For this reason I don’t accept house sitting on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday that are more than 10 miles away. They will have my attention at all time. They might get tired of me wanting to play with them. I love being around dogs and will make sure your fury friend is well taken care of and happy

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
