About: I grew up with multiple pets, including two cats in my childhood and a wonderful dog that I helped care for in her seniority, so I've been familiar with animals all my life. Currently, I own and aided in training a high-maintenance, special needs German Shepherd. He's a sweetheart, but he's definitely a commitment! Given his intensely anxious nature, he needs a patient hand to calm him often. He's also epileptic, so I am well practiced in attentiveness, administering medication, following specialized meal plans and the like if needed. I have also done pet and house sitting on many occasions, particularly for family and friends but for a wide variety of pets– from little dogs that didn't even reach my knee, to my own Shepherd, who stands just about as tall as my hip. I've house kept for up to a week, entertaining young dogs and going on daily walks, etc. I am always happy to be introduced to new little ones and have a high pain tolerance when it comes to their claws, so I don't mind when they get a bit rowdy, either! High energy or low, I will gladly make time for any fluffy friends who need a watchful eye. I am currently on track to earn a Bachelor's in the Arts from Towson University, which is about a 50 minute commute from my home. With this in mind, my current class schedule entails that Towson days are essentially unavailable; however, the rest of the week, I'm generally left plenty of room to take on pet care! Life is always busy, and while sometimes I wind up with too many commitments to do it regularly, I'll always make time for it when I can. Though my own home may not be an ideal place for another pet to spend nights due to my Shepherd's nervousness, I will gladly offer my time to visit others. I have previously found myself curled up on a couch with a pet I was taking care of overnight, or even falling asleep on the floor with them. So long as their pet parents are happy for me to do so, I will gladly stay wherever is most comfortable for the pet involved, and take food/water/sleeping arrangements where they are best suited. I also have a fair sense of direction, so I'm perfectly content on walks in unfamiliar places, especially when I have friendly doggos with me!

About: Ive been taking care of my neighbors, friends, and families pets for a little over 8 years now. Over the years I have learned many things about pets and how to calm them down and gently direct them in the right path. I also have lots of experience with senior dogs who need more attention to detail than younger dogs. Pet care fits into my daily routine quite well. Im a sophomore at frederick community college living at home, so my hours are almost always completely available! I am the dominant pet care taker in my home with two dogs (my angels). I care for pets in my clients home by greeting them and let them get to know me. If the client has a fenced in yard for me to take the dogs out and play thats amazing, but if not I take the dogs for nice walk to get them exercise and some entertainment. I am all for following directions so just let me know what you need and ill handle it!

About: I am a long-time animal lover and human companion to many dogs! I adore my 4 rescue dogs, my 2 rescue cats, and my 2 happy humans! We spend our time creating a fun, happy, positive atmosphere full of good energy! I am experienced in caring for all types of dogs and cats, chickens, small animals, and have basic equine care experience. I have cared for dogs for over 30 years. I have fostered and provided support for dogs from young puppies to seniors that require special treatment, diet, medication and/or physical assistance, including amputee rehabilitation. One of my rescues (Penny) is blind, Luna has a single lung after three heart surgeries, and two are active seniors, Lani and Fiji! About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for both cats and dogs of all sizes, including my two cats and my 80 lb English yellow lab. About: I’ve always been around pets my entire life. I’ve had cats and been around dogs. I prefer working with smaller/medium dogs but any dog is great:) I’m currently not working a job so I am free whenever to take care of animals:) it would be great to be able to work with animals I will try my best to take care of your animals the best I can. About: I've taken care of many different dogs, I am comfortable with all breeds and ages. Ive had experience with every energetic puppies, as well as low energy older dogs, small dogs that are all over the place and loud ones. I've lived in a household with pets basically my while life, aside from dogs I have experience with cats, lizards, small animals (specifically rats and hamsters), and parrots. I am very passionate with them all, love spending time with them. My house and neighborhood is great and safe for walking pets, not many cars come through and there are not that many dogs around, so accidents would not happen. And my house is large with a lot of large empty spaces so the dog wouldnt have a chance to be destructive. Most of the time I would be available, I spend most of my time at home, and I do college online. Occasionally I might leave for a day, and in October I'm going on a trip 5-17. My house is very pet friendly, I currently have rats but they have their own room to which I usually keep the door closed. A large part of the house has a lot of empty spaces and the main living room currently doesn't have much furniture, but still a lot of space to run around. It does have stairs. Our neighborhood is a great place to walk around, not that many cars or people walk around, so there would be no accidents. Unfortunately my back/front yard is not fenced, so the dog would need to stay on a leash. I will also listen and follow all the instructions provided by you in your home, I respect other people's spaces and privacy.

About: Starting at the age of 11 up to today I have been trusted to take care, bathe and feed animals in my neighborhood, friends and family. I’m well at observing and giving medication if needed for older pets but also can be playful and help with the puppies/kittens as well! I currently work at an animal hospital which helps in my knowledge of feeding and taking care of pets. I work part time, mainly mornings but I’m willing to work around that if needed. I am available on weekends and holidays to take care of your pets needs. I can usually make something work around my schedule. At my house, there is acres of land and space. I have two very friendly dogs which I can either keep away or keep your pet company whichever is fine. For the clients home, I’m willing to work with whatever situation/care is needed

About: With over seven years of petsitting experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge to animal care. I have previously worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility, managing dogs of all temperaments. At home, I care for a dog, two cats, and a goat, giving me a unique perspective on different animals' needs. Since I have pets at home, I try to avoid overnight stays when possible. That being said, if it is an emergency I would be happy to work something out with you! I do not offer in home petsitting. However, to ensure your pets safety I will take all measures necessary including ensuring all doors are properly closed and locked, following all directions left for me to a T, etc.
