About: Ive been taking care of my neighbors, friends, and families pets for a little over 8 years now. Over the years I have learned many things about pets and how to calm them down and gently direct them in the right path. I also have lots of experience with senior dogs who need more attention to detail than younger dogs. Pet care fits into my daily routine quite well. Im a sophomore at frederick community college living at home, so my hours are almost always completely available! I am the dominant pet care taker in my home with two dogs (my angels). I care for pets in my clients home by greeting them and let them get to know me. If the client has a fenced in yard for me to take the dogs out and play thats amazing, but if not I take the dogs for nice walk to get them exercise and some entertainment. I am all for following directions so just let me know what you need and ill handle it!

About: I grew up with multiple pets, including two cats in my childhood and a wonderful dog that I helped care for in her seniority, so I've been familiar with animals all my life. Currently, I own and aided in training a high-maintenance, special needs German Shepherd. He's a sweetheart, but he's definitely a commitment! Given his intensely anxious nature, he needs a patient hand to calm him often. He's also epileptic, so I am well practiced in attentiveness, administering medication, following specialized meal plans and the like if needed. I have also done pet and house sitting on many occasions, particularly for family and friends but for a wide variety of pets– from little dogs that didn't even reach my knee, to my own Shepherd, who stands just about as tall as my hip. I've house kept for up to a week, entertaining young dogs and going on daily walks, etc. I am always happy to be introduced to new little ones and have a high pain tolerance when it comes to their claws, so I don't mind when they get a bit rowdy, either! High energy or low, I will gladly make time for any fluffy friends who need a watchful eye. I am currently on track to earn a Bachelor's in the Arts from Towson University, which is about a 50 minute commute from my home. With this in mind, my current class schedule entails that Towson days are essentially unavailable; however, the rest of the week, I'm generally left plenty of room to take on pet care! Life is always busy, and while sometimes I wind up with too many commitments to do it regularly, I'll always make time for it when I can. Though my own home may not be an ideal place for another pet to spend nights due to my Shepherd's nervousness, I will gladly offer my time to visit others. I have previously found myself curled up on a couch with a pet I was taking care of overnight, or even falling asleep on the floor with them. So long as their pet parents are happy for me to do so, I will gladly stay wherever is most comfortable for the pet involved, and take food/water/sleeping arrangements where they are best suited. I also have a fair sense of direction, so I'm perfectly content on walks in unfamiliar places, especially when I have friendly doggos with me!

About: I am a long-time animal lover and human companion to many dogs! I adore my 4 rescue dogs, my 2 rescue cats, and my 2 happy humans! We spend our time creating a fun, happy, positive atmosphere full of good energy! I am experienced in caring for all types of dogs and cats, chickens, small animals, and have basic equine care experience. I have cared for dogs for over 30 years. I have fostered and provided support for dogs from young puppies to seniors that require special treatment, diet, medication and/or physical assistance, including amputee rehabilitation. One of my rescues (Penny) is blind, Luna has a single lung after three heart surgeries, and two are active seniors, Lani and Fiji! I use touch therapy on my dogs, along with holistic methods and work hard to keep our home full of health and happiness. Making sure our beautiful companions are comfortable, happy, and healthy is my goal! I feed my own dogs a holistic and healthy diet, and make their food and snacks myself. I volunteer with a local pet rescue group, where I transport animals, and help the organization with applications and adoptions. About: I owned a dog for 13 years before she passed away, I was in charge of feeding her and I would take care of her while my parents were gone. I also have watched cats several times while they’re owners are away. I work 2 part time jobs, so weekday care might look differently than the weekend, but I am always willing to try and fit watching your pet into it my schedule! When I had my own dog I would feed and give water to her everyday, take her out to potty multiple times a day, take her on walks, and play. With cats, I always make sure they’re fed and have water, litter box is clean, and if they would like to play I play with them!

About: I’ve been taking care of my dogs ever since I was able to walk. I enjoy spending time with my dog and taking her for walks and adventures. Currently work a part-time job that is very flexible with hours. I normally work mostly evenings and my morning/afternoons are normally opening would be able to work evenings also if needed. I feed my dog every day I take her for walks most days. I take her outside to go play frisbee and to go to the bathroom when needed.

About: I was an obedience instructor in high school, and took my Sheltie, Mistie, to earn our CD at dog shows. I’ve had dogs my entire life, and feel like I trust them more than people. I’ve never met a dog I was afraid of - bring on your “terrifying” pittie, we’ll be besties within an hour. I’m also great with the teeny, tiny dogs - I’m calm and soothing which puts them at ease. I work part time in Baltimore, so I am available most of the time! I love going on walks and exploring. I also love cuddles on the couch, as well as a fast-paced game of fetch! I will obsessively keep your baby in a leash when we are outside, and well as keep him/her away from other dogs, while out-and-about.

About: I've been taking care of my own pets since I was eight years old. Currently I take care of my bichon and bichon poodle in my home. I have pet sat Maine Coon cats, labrador retrievers, golden retrievers, basset hounds, beagles, and german shepherds. Additionally, I have experience that ranges from puppy care to senior care. About: Hi! I’ve had a dog since I was a toddler and I’ve always been fascinated by dogs/pets, and caring for them. I love spending time with them, playing, walking and having fun! I’ve always considered them an extended part of my family, which makes me understand how importante they are in our lives and that they have needs just like everyone does! Part of those needs are caring, helping them keep themselves active, proper feeding and to stay healthy, no matter their age, breed or condition. Time apart from them can be tough, but by showing love and care, I help them to relax, have a good time, and to wait for you to be back with them! 🤗 I currently work part time, which gives me a lot of flexibility, and time to spend with my furry friends 🐶 I also have a car, that lets me move quicker and helps me attend my pet-guests 🥰 I have a large fence backyard and a sweet brown lab named Cocoa, who’s always happy to receive guests! About: With over seven years of petsitting experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge to animal care. I have previously worked at a dog daycare and boarding facility, managing dogs of all temperaments. At home, I care for a dog, two cats, and a goat, giving me a unique perspective on different animals' needs. Since I have pets at home, I try to avoid overnight stays when possible. That being said, if it is an emergency I would be happy to work something out with you! I do not offer in home petsitting. However, to ensure your pets safety I will take all measures necessary including ensuring all doors are properly closed and locked, following all directions left for me to a T, etc.

About: I work remotely from home on my computer so I spend a lot of time at home and my hours are flexible. I like to go out and get exercise during the day which is a great opportunity for me to also walk the dogs so your pups will get plenty of exercises. I've been an around dogs my whole life. I had a fun energetic husky growing up and now I have a chill Cotton De Tulier as my best friend. We get into a lot of crazy adventure together. I love taking road trip with my dog to the beach in the summer. Dogs are up for anything and they are the best companion. I love to have more dog if I can afford it but this gig seems like a great idea to have more dogs as well. A lot of people have to give away their dogs to shelters because they can't take care of them and that's really sad. This is my way of making a contribution so people can keep their best friend and still find time to do things they need to do.
