They have an open section with fans and one enclosed with A/C (or heat) so my spoiled baby had her A/C and my boy could enjoy sprawling to watch the other dogs. From the first "meet and greet" Piper and I felt like a part of her family. Samantha kept Piper for 3 nights and 4 days. When I picked her up, I could tell immediately that she had been well cared for as she was happy and didn't want to leave. I have several trips coming up in the next couple months and Samantha will be the only sitter for Piper.
