About: My goal is to make sure your furry friend feels safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. I understand that every animal deserves patience, love, or just some comforting company. I am more than happy to take care of your furry friend(s) all day on weekends or walk them M-F after 5pm. Please message me for more detailed availability if needed. I have been trained with the SPCA in California to handle large and small dogs. Caring for pets brings me joy, and I treat each one as if they were my own—because they deserve nothing less.
“Sally communicated very well throughout our time away from home. She made sure our kitten, Izzy was taken care of and even took the time to show her love and attention during her visit. We really appreciated the daily updates and pictures! I would recommend Sally to anyone who needs their fur baby taken care of!”

“Maria did an amazing job taking care of our three cats while we were out of town for almost 2 weeks. She was incredibly communicative and spent extra time to make sure our skittish cats were acclimated to her. She went above and beyond and we would absolutely hire her again!”

“Madeline was amazing! I've had a lot of Rover experiences and Madeline was by far the best! Right away, the dogs loved her and she has been so nice and communicative. She will definitely be our go to for our dog care.”

About: I have had dogs since 2013. I had three, I currently have two. One of them had epilepsy, this gave me experience with seizures and administering medicine. I also worked at a doggy day care for 1 year, there I cared for large groups of dogs. We fed them, changed out water 4-5 times a day, picked up after them and played with them. I'm knowledgeable about dog behavior and how to avoid situations that would be harmful. I know to test the pavement heat before a walk on hot days. I'm currently seeking steady employment but am wanting to make this my steady job. I'm available during the week from six am to 5 pm I'm currently unable to pet sit in my home. I'm more than happy to pet sit in the dogs/cats home that makes the pets more comfortable as well since it's not a strange house with strange smells. I'm more than happy to drop in or stay for awhile. I enjoy taking walks and it's always good to have a friend (your pet) with me.
“Hanna was very thoughtful. Went above and beyond in caring for our pets. Even sought them out when they hid upon her arrival and sent photos. Hope she's available next time we no need someone”

“Our pets loved their time with Katie! She was kind enough to take on a last-minute holiday booking and took tricky medication administration in stride. She was also quick to message about any concerns and left detailed notes throughout the booking. For three animals used to always having someone home, our pets were so relaxed and happy when we got back. This was the best possible introduction to Rover. Thank you Katie!”

“Rebecca was amazing and went far and beyond! She came and met our pets prior to our booking date and sent us pictures and videos every single day! Our pets absolutely loved her. We can’t recommend her enough and will book in the future.”

About: Like most dog sitters, I’m a dog lover! I love dogs off all sizes and breeds, and I even grew up in a dog breeding family. At one point, I shared my home with 32 blue nose pit bulls from days old to senior citizen status. Needless to say, I’m comfortable around dogs and don’t mind being out numbered by four legged cuties. But at this time I am only accepting dogs under 30lbs. I’m comfortable providing medicine, simple training, and sticking to a routine if that’s what your dog needs. I work full time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, while I am away your pup will have access to the outdoors (via a small doggie door) for potty breaks, plenty of toys, water, and comfy beds. I usually start every morning with letting the dogs out into the backyard and making sure they potty before I go to work, they will bed fed, get some love, and very light play/exercise before I leave. Depending on your dog, I may leave them out, crate them, or use a baby gate to restrict their access a bit but that is on a case by case basis. In the afternoon I take the dogs on a long walk around the neighborhood and surrounding area, play with them and usually provide some kind of enrichment—whether that be puzzles, toys, or running in the backyard. They will be fed according to their schedule after that and for the rest of the day we will lounge and hangout until bedtime around 10pm. Dogs are welcome to sleep in the bed, in the couches, or in their crates —whatever is best for their comfort and safety. On the weekends I usually take at least one trip to the greenway for a long more interesting walk and maybe a trip to Home Depot or Petsmart. Weekday pick up/drop off window: 3:30pm to 8pm Weekend pick up/drop off window: 8am to 8pm If you need to drop your pet off earlier or pick them up later, please add an extra day to your reservation. Like I stated before, at the moment I am only taking small to medium dogs to ensure the safety and comfort of not only my small 13lbs dog, but your small pups as well. I know the big pups are sweet and I love them too, but some little dogs are easily intimidated or uncomfortable and I don’t want anyone to get hurt. So please if your dog is over 30lbs, please search for another sitter. I can provide recommendations or possible alternatives in the event of an emergency. Other highlights: *fully fenced, medium sized backyard *doggy door for easy access to the backyard *dogs are allowed on furniture and bed for cuddles *dogs can sleep in bed with me or in their crate *minimum two daily walks *lots of toys available to play with
About: I've always been great with animals. Whenever I was 10 I had a tuxedo cat who needed medication for failing kidneys, I was the only one who could administer her pills swiftly. I've dealt with high energy dogs like labs and stubborn dogs like my 100 pound pitbull. My schedule is flexible at the moment. My kids are grown and I'm looking to stay actively busy. I love outdoors so walks and playing outside would be ideal. I am an empathetic and nurturing person. I have always cared for animals and people alike. I have raised 5 daughters and 3 are in the army.
“Ms. Christine was excellent! As soon as our fur babies met her they fell in love with her and so did we! She constantly kept us informed and took lots of pictures. We felt comfortable with her! She came early to meet us all because this was last minute. Her presence and her spirit are genuine, humble and very caring! She was very professional and respectful! We trust her! She is our go to person most definitely! If you are looking for these characteristics in a sitter for your fur babies, then you definitely want her! Thank you Ms. Christine!”

“My Iverson is an handful to say the least but Jessica is well equipped to handle him. Iverson jumps, nips and tugs on the leash like hr is playing tug of war. She displays extreme patience and goes above and beyond to ensure Iverson is safe. Also she stays the whole 30 minutes, I really like that!!!”

About: I've taken care of neighbors cats and dogs since I was 10 or 11, along with watering plants and making sure they get packages inside. I have experience with watching as many as four dogs and two cats at a time, but I can do less... or more :) I've been relied on to feed, walk, bathe, and play with pets and I love every minute of it! My husband is in the Navy and we moved here a few months ago, so I’m still new to the Augusta area. I work part-time as a preschool teacher Monday-Friday, but besides that, I have ample time to devote to the care of your pets! While you take some time away from home to work, vacation, and everything in between, you can always reach out to me to know your pets will be in loving hands! I’m a preschool teacher, so I work 8-2 Monday through Friday! I can offer care before or after those times and on weekends as well. I have a car and a flexible schedule! Starting in mid-May, I will be on summer break until early August. This means I will have even more time to spend with your pets while you travel or work! My husband and I have a super friendly cat at home, so we would be open to boarding cats only. However if you have dogs, or dogs and cats, I will gladly drop in or stay at your home. Whenever I’m not working, I want to be with your pets; giving ample amounts of love and play time! I'm comfortable with crating animals if necessary, but I also adore pets who love cuddles and sharing a bed. I also have experience keeping pets safe in a fenced in yard.
“Kiana is kind, caring, and considerate! She took very good care of not only our 3 kitties, but watered our garden too! If we need someone to check on our kitties again, we will definitely have Kiana at the top of our list.”

“Clark was wonderful to work with! He took excellent care of my dog and sent lots of great photos. My dog is very shy, but Clark was very patient with him and took extra care to earn his trust. I will definitely book with Clark again!”

“Hannah is wonderful. She is responsive and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in taking care of my pets. It's wonderful knowing my animals are safe and content while I'm away. I will definitely reach out to her next time we need a sitter. Thank you, Hannah!”

Windsor Spring pet parents share their Rover experiences
Maria did an amazing job taking care of our three cats while we were out of town for almost 2 weeks. She was incredibly communicative and spent extra time to make sure our skittish cats were acclimated to her. She went above and beyond and we would absolutely hire her again!

Laurie was phenomenal! Our girl Violet is a nervous pup, but loved Laurie instantly. She took such good care of her, including walks and brushing! We were fighting against the pending ice storm to get home, trying to get new flights; it was uncertain if we’d make it back before the storm or if we’d be flying home in the middle of it. Laurie was ready to take Violet to her house in case the road conditions became impossible and in case we were stranded. We’ve never had someone take such thoughtful care of our pup!
