About: Hi there! I am 30 and I live in Springfield, VT and work in WRJ. So my radius is quite large. I have a 6 year old golden pup (as seen in photos) named Burton and also take care of my in laws cat, Middy. I grew up in Vermont on a small farm with 3 dogs (Pitbull and labs) and 2 cats. I currently have a pup, Burton. Who gets along with all dogs and people. Depending on your pets personality, I will be sure to be active with them. Our pup Burton gets 4 walks a day and typically goes for a swim once a day at a nearby kayak launch. I fully believe pets should have a significant amount of play + active time whether its a walk or drop in visit, they will have fun. I do work in WRJ from 8-5pm but I do have lunches available and we do have flexible time. I work a hybrid schedule MTW in office which is only 6 minutes from my house. I always do a walk at Thompson's Field in the morning, 1 mile walk at lunch, 1-2 mile walk at dinner and a simple walk late at night just before bed. My dog is super friendly and my roommate also loves dogs, so no matter what your dog should be preoccupied. If anything I have a large crate available to keep them safe.

About: Hi my name is Sean. I recently graduated from RIT with a BFA in illustration. I love all animals and currently have a lot of flexibility to care for your pets while I am working from home. I grew up with two labradoodles and I have also cared for friends' animals while they have been away. One of my dogs has Addison's disease, so I am familiar with giving medication to pets. Spending time with animals brings me joy and does not seem like work - I enjoy playing with your animals, going on walks and I give a great belly rub! I am extremely responsible and will love your animals like my own...you might also find some sketches of your pet when you return home. I am an artist that is currently working from home in Quechee. I am extremely flexible and am available during the week and on weekends. I make my own hours so can work around your schedule. I live with my parents and two friendly labradoodles ages 8 and 12. I could board a dog in my home if he/she gets along well with other dogs and is house-trained. I prefer to care for your animals in your own home: I can do drop-in visits, walks and daytime or overnight house-sitting.

About: I’ve always had dogs in my life, and have been a go-to sitter for friends for years. Now with two rescue pups of my own, I understand and respect their nuances in a whole new way. I’m happy to work with reactive dogs (I have one of my own), and those that need a little extra attention. I have a flexible schedule and I’m happy to take breaks to visit or walk your dog throughout the day. I spend most of my free time walking, hiking and running and would love to have another pup along for the fun! I treat each animal as an individual, and get to know their own unique wants and needs. About: If my rates are an obstacle in caring for your pet then I’m happy to provide a sliding scale and have a discussion upon request. Professionally, I was vet assistant at an animal clinic before returning to farm animal work. At the clinic I learned the basics of animal health care and I learned how to properly handle dogs and cats. Throughout the last twelve years I’ve farm-sat and pet-sat for numerous friends and family members! In the last year I worked at a doggy daycare and worked groups of 11-12 large dogs. I also worked in group of 15+ small dogs and "solos" (highly dog aggressive dogs). Working in that environment took me to the next level of understanding cues and dog behavior. I learned to advocate for dogs, look for health and safety warning signs and how to manage group dynamics. I am currently a *human* nurse and making time for animals because that is where I feel I really come alive. :) I believe that animals are part of the family and I will treat them like so. I have basic experience with dog training and I personally believe that dogs thrive in structured and predictable environments. I love exercising and having fun with dogs, too! I have availability to help you with your pup or cat! Depending on the health of your pet I will socialize and exercise your pet's body and mind and of course offer any snuggles that are welcomed. I love exercising animals as much as it is tolerated by them. I currently work per diem as a staff nurse in Lebanon NH which gives me a lot of flexibility to care for pets. I am happy to abide by your house rules and expectations for your pet(s). I enjoy walks to dog parks, trails, playing in fenced yards and practicing obedience and tricks!
