Information Jacqueline L. would like to know about your pet
Before caring for your pet, I like to learn as much as possible about their routine, personality, and preferences. Every pet is unique, and the more I know, the better I can make them feel safe, happy, and at home. -Some helpful things to share include: -Daily routine: feeding times, walk schedule, bedtime, and any special rituals they love -Diet & treats: food type, portion sizes, allergies, or foods to avoid -Health & medications: any medical conditions, medications, or mobility issues -Personality & behavior: how they react to strangers, other animals, or new environments -Likes & dislikes: favorite toys, comfort items, or things that make them nervous -Training & commands: words or cues they know (like “sit,” “stay,” or “leave it”) -Emergency info: your vet’s contact information and any backup emergency contacts
A typical day
Each day is all about your pet’s comfort, routine, and happiness. Morning begins with cheerful belly rubs and kisses, fresh food and water, and some gentle play or a refreshing walk to start the day off. Throughout the day, I make sure your pet gets a good balance of activity and relaxation. We might go for a walk or hike, play fetch, enjoy some outdoor exploring, or work on a fun enrichment game to keep their mind active. For water-loving pets, swimming or splash time can also be fun! Afternoons often include some quiet downtime—perfect for cuddles, brushing, or simply relaxing together. In the evening, we go for another walk, dinner, and plenty of affection to help your pet feel calm and content before bedtime.

Reviews
I can't say enough great things about Jacqui as a pet sitter! She is incredibly caring, dependable and truly loves animals. Every time I've left my babies in her care, I've come home to happy, relaxed fur babies. Jacqui goes above and beyond, sending updates, pictures and making sure my pets get plenty of love and attention. I have complete peace of mind knowing they're in such good hands and that is saying a lot from me, as I am very type A about my pets and how I want things done! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pet sitter!
To begin, you couldn't find a more capable, conscientious, caring and fun person to take care of your pets. She is experienced from owning big (horses and donkeys) to wee little pets (guinea pigs) and every size inbetween (big and little dogs and cats). My pups love her and her pups. I would feel absolutely at ease for her to watch my critters at any time.
Jacqui Lawton is an incredibly conscientious and knowledgeable pet care giver. Her intuitive nature, along with her life-long experience with her own animals, made me feel completely at ease having her pet sit my dogs and cat. She sent short videos and some gorgeous photos of them which made me very happy during my week vacation. She communicated promptly when inquired (via text) about how they were doing and that really was comforting! I’d highly recommend Jacqui without reservation! L. Benn
Jacqui has been regularly pet sitting my dog Hudson for over 3 years now. Her kind personality and true love of animals makes her quite an awesome pet sitter. Hudson gets excited and whines when he realizes I am dropping him off. Pricing is fair and the property is perfect for pets. Highly recommend. -Russell
