“Gabriela was responsive immediately, set up a meet & greet, and took care of our pup the next day. We got great photos reassuring us she had paid careful attention and our high energy Cocoa was in good hands. Most importantly we came home to a calm happy pup. I’d definitely use Gabriela again.”

About: I have taken care of puppies of relatives and acquaintances approximately between 3-2 years, they have trusted that I will treat them with all the love in the world, give them their food, take them out to do their needs, bathe them, give them their medications and play with them. I have also taken care of kittens, played with them, given them food and water, cleaned their litter box. My daily routine is to go for a walk with my baby two or three times a day depending on the dog's schedule to go out, my routine is very calm I live in an apartment complex which has a special park just for dogs and green areas to be able to spend it quietly mind, I give him a prize that is allowed by the owner, and I take him out to do his needs. When I take care of the dog at the owner's house I do a quiet routine, walk him to stretch and go to the bathroom, return home to rest and refresh, give him a reward that the owner agrees to use, play a little with the dog and give him a last walk to do his needs, if the owner needs me to give him dinner I do it with pleasure.

“Kylie was amazing! She watched and handled our dogs so they could be a part of our wedding! They were going to be in the ceremony but due to rain plans that changed last minute but Kylie was great and went with the flow and handlers them great during photos! I highly recommend using her for any form of pet sitting or dog handling!”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Windmill Harbor
Allison was wonderful and I would definitely recommend. She was patient with our kitten and continued to work with him getting more comfortable with her! She left detailed updates each visit and lots of videos and photos. She also made an extra trip the first time to do a meet and greet with me and Hemingway!

I wanted to thank Sharon for taking care of my kittens. It was the first time I'd used this service, and at first, I was a little worried. But after meeting Sharon, who was very kind and friendly both during the interview and with my kittens, I felt very reassured. I know that in the future they will be in excellent care and have my complete trust. 100% recommendation. Thank you for everything.

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
