“Word can not express how grateful I am to have found Nicole! Our family has struggled finding a place we are comfortable sending our labradoodle. In the past we have boarded him at a kennel and when we pick him up he was visibly stressed. I shared my concerns and worries with Nicole and she was so comforting. She sent photos and videos of our boy while we were away. He was clearly enjoying his vacation while we were on vacation too. My heart is so full. Thank you so much Nicole!”

They were very communicative/responsive, shared daily updates (enough to let us know how our baby is doing and behaving but not overwhelmingly too much to interfere with vacation), and pictures. They have a gorgeous and very friendly golden doodle who became besties with my puppy (we enjoyed all the pictures of them playing together and hanging out with each other).
