“A last minute event came up and my regular sitter was booked. Thank God…. Tres came to the rescue. He was available and in seconds he said…’I can take care of her’ What a relief…. Tres was great through the whole process from the meet and greet to the time for picking up my baby. He provided pictures and kept me informed. I felt confortable with him being my first time using his services. I’ll definitely book again with Tres and would recommend to others. Thank you Tres….”
“Amanda and family were wonderful our pups. They’re both 5 and have never had never stayed with anyone outside our family, so we were nervous. She was sooooo patient with them, especially with the one who’s a bit skittish of strangers. By the time I picked them up the following day, it was like they had know her their whole lives. She sent numerous pics during their visit and they certainly looked right at home, which also comforted us since it was their first ever “sleepover”. I highly recommend Amanda and we’ll certainly use her again.”
“Tressa took excellent care of my pups! I am always a little apprehensive but Rover has not failed me yet. Tressa and her family were awesome! Peaches & Sunny were so tired last night. The napped yesterday and let us sleep in until 9 this AM. Thank you so much!!!”
“Doris is fantastic! This was our first time leaving our dog with someone new and she made the entire process a breeze. She was very considerate of our time and kept excellent communication with messages, photos, and video. Our little old guy was able to enjoy his vacation as much we enjoyed ours! Will absolutely be booking with her again in the near future!”
Luz E S.
“Luz and her daughter were amazing! Our sitter canceled the day we were leaving for our trip just a few hours before we were leaving. Luz took Charlie and Charlotte in very very last minute and they were so good with them. She send us tons of pictures videos and updates. We will most definitely be using them everytime we go out of town. Thank you ??”
Andressa & Alex R.
“Andressa was amazing with Rosey. I received tons of pictures and she had a ball with their dog Elvis. When Rosey left she looked like a kid leaving Disney World. Definitely have her watch Rose again!”
“Where do I begin ? Lisa and her family are wonderful people . I have a 15 year old chihuahua with many age related health problems (meds, IV fluids daily ). We never leave her with anyone . We needed to find someone for an overnight trip and we needed someone like Lisa . We never worried for a second that she wasn’t ok . Lisa and her husband gave Minnie the care and love she needed and we will absolutely be contacting Lisa again if we need to . And how do we know ? Minnie ate all her meals there . An upset dog may not do that . Minnie was clearly comfortable at Lisa’s house and came home loved . Thank you so much !”
“Kristin was great and kept us updated throughout our trip on how our dog was doing. She sent photo updates as well. Would definitely book again!”
“Andrea was great! She kept me updated on Maggie with pictures and comments. Maggie seemed to like at Andrea’s house. Will definitely use her again!”
“I’m so happy to send my boy to Karley. She is very flexible with times and she really takes great care Of him. He’s an old soul and she really is understanding of his old man ways. I highly, highly recommend her to take good care of your pet needs.”
Seda & Aron M.
“Seda was wonderful! This was our first time using Seda to watch our small beagle. Seda’s house is very animal friendly, including a dog door to the fenced backyard. Seda sent multiple pictures through my beagle’s stay. And lastly, Seda was in constant availability if we had questions or concerns. We highly recommend Seda as a dog sitter. We plan to return over and over again. Dr. Fisher”
“Elizabeth was amazing with our 2 high energy pups and provided pictures and communication throughout their stay. Would definitely use her again!”
“Selena and her husband watched our dog and we loved it! They sent pictures and videos to reassure he was well taken care of. Before drop off questions were asked on their end which set the stay up for success. Would definitely book again.”
About: Hi! My name is Nachalie and you can call me “Nach”. Im 26 years old and basically I have been around dog my whole life. While growing up in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico 🇵🇷, we always had at least one dog in our house and I was always sitting my families and friends dogs whenever they were out of town. As a Dog Mom, myself, I totally understand the importance to found someone you trust, is responsible, loving and caring… let me be all that for your friend. I’m currently working full time with a hybrid schedule that allows me to take care of your best fiends whenever they need. I’m available for boarding from Thursday night to Monday night but if we need to accommodate another’s day, we will try to make it possible ☺️ I do have a dog and her name is Rosie. She is a 2 years goldendoodle, very lovely, sweet and Yes! she is also bilingual 🤭. We will play with your dog inside and outside, I do have a fenced backyard. Also I do have experience with seniors and special needs dog. So don’t worry because we will treat your dog as part of our family. I will send pictures/ video every day and every time you need them. I know how worrying it can be to be away from your dog, but I assured you that with me he will be well taken care of. 🤍 Y si, hablo Español!
Charnanjit & William K.
“I couldn’t refer a better person to watch your beloved pet. Charnanjit is warm and loving. Her genuine care for animals is profusely evident as soon as you speak with her. I felt comfortable almost immediately- I got a sense of ease, which doesn’t always come that easy after talking with someone. She has doggie-sat for me multiple times and my pup Timón absolutely loves her and her home. I have no worries when I leave my baby with her as I know he is in the best hands. My dog means the world to me and I made sure that I did my homework before leaving him with just anyone. Trust me when I say she is a great human with a kind heart for both people and animals.”
“Rocko met some new friends and had an awesome time. Pamela was very nice and accommodating and Rocko will be going back to play with his new friends. Thanks again Pamela.”
“A five star review would not honor Tiffany enough. She definitely goes more than beyond to make her customers feel very comfortable. I really appreciate she would keep me informed at all times. I can tell she certainly knows some magic for doggies since mine required a lot of patience. She is just amazing and very professional. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Tiffany!”
About: I’m a married lady with no human children, who works from home and doesn’t have any nieces or nephews to spoil rotten, so let me spoil your fur babies instead! I grew up on a mini farm where we had two dogs, a barn cat who became my little shadow, a feral barn cat who ruled the place, a flock of chickens, and more. When I was in high school I applied for, and won, a grant from the local Rotary Club to host a free "DIY Dog Toy" event at the library where people came and upcycled old, unusable clothing, to be turned into super fun dog toys and leashes that they could either keep, donate to the local Humane Society, or both- there was no limit on how many people could make and almost everyone who attended made at least 1 to donate! By the end of the event, hundreds of dog toys had been made, over 100 toys were donated and a generous amount of donations were given to the Humane Society as well. All of my animals have only ever been rescues and emergency rehomings, when shelters were full, and I have helped rehome animals who I could not take in myself. My journey with animals has taught me more than just care; it instilled in me a deep empathy and understanding of animals that changes a person. In my life, there have been very few things that were as devastating to me as the loss of a pet, and my entire life revolves around the health, wellness, and life-enrichment of my current pets as a result. I want every pet to live as full of a life as possible; their worlds are so small when they’re limited to within the walls of our home with just occasional field trips to new places, so help me make your pet's life just a little bit bigger. I can’t wait to meet them! ------------DOG/CAT EXPERIENCE------------ -16 years of caring for dogs -10 years of caring for cats -Caring for a senior dog -Puppy care: ---Puppy-sitting ---Behavior training ---Potty training -Caring for a special needs dog/cat -Administering oral medication to dogs/cats -Applying claw caps to cats/kittens -Pet boarding at home: ---Pitbull mix ---Lap-dogs ---Special needs dog ---Kittens/cats -Applying topical medication to a dog/cat -Bottle-feeding kittens -Dog walking -Cat walking (on a leash or in a cat backpack, because of course I have a cat backpack) -----------ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE----------- -Chicken wrangling -Daycare (infants- If I can change back-to-back diaper blowouts with a smile on my face, I can pick up big dog poops and clean a gnarly litter box) -Bottle-feeding baby goats -Does feeding a giraffe at Busch Gardens count for anything? -Raising a chick -Carrying said chicken in a pocket, on shoulder, and occasionally on head -Watching TV with said pocket chicken -Lifeguarding (3 years) -Toddler swimming lessons -CPR trained -Babysitting -House-sitting ------------PET CARE REVIEWS------------ "I know I can always count on Rachel when it comes to taking care of both pets and children; she is the ideal person to have take care of your animals. She has always been so kind and caring to my dogs and has even babysat my kids." - Ninette R. "It's clear Rachel has a special connection with animals. She's both gentle and encouraging with my senior special needs dog, Toby, and she naturally balances his need for snuggles and alone time. Her home is a very welcoming space for pets, filled with about every toy on the market for both cats and dogs, including a robotic litter box! Rachel's care goes beyond the basics: It's not just about feeding and walking dogs – she goes out of her way to make sure they feel loved and engaged. Seeing her interact with animals, you can tell this is more than a job for her -- it's a passion. Anyone looking for a genuine and caring pet sitter would be lucky to have Rachel." -Cynthia P. ----------------SCHEDULE---------------- I work from home full-time and have an extremely flexible schedule which allows me to go on frequent daily walks around the neighborhood. Whether I’m walking some puppies that day, or boarding a fuzzy feline, I have the flexibility to adjust my work schedule to prioritize your pet. Before joining Rover and boarding cats, doing drop-in home visits, or walking other dogs, my pet care schedule included: -Morning dog walk -Make my dog’s homemade dog food for the day and give her breakfast (cats get their breakfast dispensed out of their automatic feeders) -Let the cats out on the lanai (client cats are allowed on the lanai with owner permission and will never be left on the lanai unsupervised) -Work until my hour-long lunch break -Mid-day dog walk -Feed my dog her lunch -Finish work -Evening dog walk (sometimes I bring one of the cats in the cat backpack if they’re being especially curious about the front door and acting like they want outside) -PLAY TIME! Once I’m done with work I play with animals -Fur baby snuggle time (they do a great job taking turns!) ----------------IN-HOME VISITS---------------- I care for other people’s pets and homes the way I’d want someone to take care of mine. I worked for a house cleaning company for over a year before going to college and I cleaned dozens of multimillion dollar properties and mcmansions on Bainbridge Island, WA across from Seattle. Many of these homes contained priceless art as well as priceless views of the pacific ocean with the Seattle Skyline along the horizon. Needless to say, when I cleaned, I had to be very very careful, mindful, and respectful. Sometimes the homeowners were home while we cleaned, sometimes they weren’t, and sometimes they’d watch us through their CCTV home security system, so I’m no stranger to being allowed into other people’s homes where the standard for care, respect and kindness are extremely high, and I carry that standard with me everywhere I go. I’m not interested in disrespecting you, your home, or your things, I just want to hang out with your pets! ----------------DOG WALKING---------------- When it comes to dog walking, my approach is always centered around patience, understanding, and a keen awareness of each dog's unique needs and personality. Drawing from my extensive experience in caring for dogs of various ages and temperaments, I understand that every dog has its own pace and comfort level when it comes to walks. My background in potty training and behavior training, coupled with my experience in working with young children, has honed my ability to communicate effectively and patiently with pets, recognizing that the average dog has the mental capacity similar to that of a 2-year-old child. This insight allows me to tailor each walk to the dog's individual needs, ensuring they have a fulfilling and enjoyable experience. Whether it's a leisurely stroll for a senior dog or an energetic jog for a playful pup, I'm committed to making our walks both safe and fun, always keeping a watchful eye on our surroundings as well as their well-being and happiness. ----------------CAT BOARDING---------------- In my home, cat boarding is a delightful experience for felines of all cat-walks of life! Having cared for a diverse range of cats, from the most affectionate lap cats to the more independent and reserved types, I've developed a deep understanding of their varied needs and preferences. My home is a cat paradise, equipped with a plethora of cat toys, accessories, and a dedicated cat-friendly office space that doubles as a cozy retreat for our feline guests at night. This "purr-fect" setup ensures that cats of any temperament can find their comfort zone, whether they prefer lounging on the sunny window sill off the 5ft cat tree, exploring the intriguing cat tunnel, or simply enjoying some quiet time in the safety and comfort of the cat room. The room is outfitted with all the essentials – a litter box, food/water dishes, cat tree, cat bed, scratching post, and a selection of interactive toys – to keep them engaged and content. For those cats who enjoy a bit of outdoor ambiance, the screened-in lanai (client cats are allowed on the lanai with owner permission and will never be left on the lanai unsupervised) offers a safe and stimulating environment where they can observe the world from the comfort of pet-friendly furniture. My commitment to providing a nurturing, fun, and safe environment for your cat is unwavering, ensuring they feel right at home while you're away.
