About: Ever since I was a small child, neighbors and friends have entrusted me to check in on their beloved animals and ensure they are fed, played with, and cleaned up after. As an adult who normally teaches full time, I have house sit for colleagues who have children and take them on vacation while I look after their dogs and their parents' chickens across the street. I don't work summers or during school breaks and I don't have kids so I have a lot of flexibility and free time when school is not in session. I'm great with animals On breaks and weekends, I can make pet care my sole focus. No children or other pressing obligations means that I can give all my attention to your furry friends. I come prepared to enrich your pets time and can read a book while they sleep. My husband can handle my household chores so that I don't have to leave your house if that is what the job entails. The only real routine barrier is my teaching job but that is only during week days in the 10 month school year not accounting for planned holidays, Summer or weeks off. I can prepare food, take on walks, clean litter boxes, give medicine, regularly keep water bowls cleaned and filled, play with and ensure that all animals are where they are supposed to be when I turn in for the night or leave the house. I will defer to client's needs or requests as well for anything out of the ordinary.

About: I am a true animal lover!I have a genuine passion for all animals, and I truly believe they deserve love and respect, especially when their families are away. I currently volunteer at the Ithaca SPCA, where I walk dogs every Sunday. I have many years of experience working with animals, from pet-sitting in my home, neighborhood, and campus to volunteering in animal shelters. I am a third-year environmental science student at Cornell University. I have experience administering oral and topical medication to pets, have cared for senior pets, and know how to safely remove ticks. I love hiking and will make sure your energetic pup gets all the exercise they need! I have a car and am happy to bring animals along on adventures. I am a student with a flexible schedule and a car to get me and your animals to where they need to go! Overnight stays are easy for me to do and I often have time for long walks. About: I have enjoyed dog walking/sitting for the past 12 years. I started in high school and instantly fell in love with it. I enjoy daily walks myself, but they are always more fun with a walking buddy I am in school and working part time. My schedule is open most afternoons and weekends. Since my schooling is fully online I have a somewhat flexible schedule. I have a big yard that is perfect for letting dogs run around and a middle-aged cat who loves making new friends, though he is perfectly happy to sleep in a dark corner if the friends are not so friendly.

About: I have had Pets my entire life and have taken care of them since I can remember. I take care of family friends Dogs and Cats. I’ve house sitter for them and taken their dogs for walks for years. I love treating each pet with the same level of love they would get from their owners since they aren’t there. I am home for the summer from college and without a full time job I am able to be of pet care assistance at almost anytime. About: Animal rescue is my true passion in life. I grew up rescuing and caring for animals with my mom, and as an adult, I’ve continued to adopt pets in need from my local shelter. I enjoy building trust with animals and watching them feel safe and comfortable with me. I’m experienced in administering medication, understanding animal body language, and creating a calming environment so your pet can relax. I know how hard it can be to leave your animal with someone else, especially when they require special care. I promise to treat your animals as if they were my own. I am reliable, compassionate and a proficient communicator. My goal is to give you the peace of mind of knowing your pets are loved and well cared for while you’re away. I work from home which allows me greater flexibility to be available for your animals. For dog walking and drop in visits, I'm typically available after 3PM on weekdays, or all day on weekends. For house sitting, I can work at your home during my stay to provide full time care. I prefer to care for your pets in their own home, as my rescue cat does not get along with other animals. I'm happy to take on any and all responsibilities for your pets, whether it's in your home or during walks. Your pet's health and safety is my top priority.

About: I have lived with dogs my whole life, starting my animal loving journey. I had such a great time that I went into farm animals, and eventually got my own cats! I don’t discriminate from dogs, cats, pigs, cows, fish, or anything else. I am an organized care taker, being able to maintain strict medical care schedules and creating fun enrichment. I have a flexible schedule, with early mornings, afternoons, and evenings available. Weekends are on the table too! I will be starting my masters in August, so then my schedule will be a bit more 9-5, still leaving large availability for your fur baby. I can do any care tasks or rituals that make your pet feel most comfortable while you’re busy. Whether it be a certain walk route, a favorite toy or game, a cool release word, or some simple lounge time, I can meet the need!

About: Ive walked dogs for many years from my own dog to friends or families! I have a love for dogs and enjoy spending time with your furry friends! I am available all day on Tuesday and Wednesdays as well as Thursday to Monday before 4pm. I can walk in the mornings and afternoons. I am also able to do overnights if needed. I lost my cat two years ago to old age and cancer. Although I haven't welcomes a new pet of my own into the home I gave birth to Twin girls! They are now 16 months and LOVE visiting with your animals. Sometimes they come with me for walks or drop ins as long as a meet and greet happens where I see a positive interaction between your animal and my babies. If it's not a good match then I either don't have the girls with me or for wont take the boarding request as they live with me full time.

I also picked up the mail, watered plants and picked up newspapers during times I had to take care of pets while homeowners were away.
