They can be crated or uncrated based on what makes them feel safe and happy. “We booked with Ronni last minute, and overall, she did a good job. She was communicative and sent lots of pictures and messages. We encountered a minor issue with her. While on vacation, we received notification that check-in was completed around 12:30, but it was not supposed to be completed until 5:30. Ronni explained she had an appointment and anticipated rain. She later explained, she thought the check in was at a different time. We called customer support to figure out what was going on. She rectified the miscommunication and still did the check-in at the originally requested time.”
