While on vacation, we received notification that check-in was completed around 12:30, but it was not supposed to be completed until 5:30. Ronni explained she had an appointment and anticipated rain. She later explained, she thought the check in was at a different time. We called customer support to figure out what was going on. She rectified the miscommunication and still did the check-in at the originally requested time.”

About: I’ve had fur babies all my life. I love to be able to provide for my baby and wish that for every animal. I am a vegetarian, my Yorkie is 3lbs and he gets along with every animal he loves to vacation swim and loves to be outside. I’m working remote early schedule with no phone support so only checking emails the fur babies are my life I do goto the gym 3 days a week for a 40 min hit class but I always have free time to play cuddle & go on walks that’s my daily exercise. About: I understand animal behaviors and aspire to be a trainer eventually. While working in a boarding facility I noticed the dogs were not happy, uneasy and confused. Some wouldn't eat for days, some wouldn't go potty outside, and most would desperately look for their owners during our walks. And don't even get me started on how disarrayed the cats were. From that experience I knew I wanted to encourage pet owners if they must leave their pets, leave them at home, or in a homely environment, where they can be undividedly attended to, loved and cared for.
