Diamond came right back home and settled right back in so it seems that she was happy while we were gone. Alexandra was super responsive and sent daily updates. Carolina was so kind and caring with Fefe! Fefe was very relaxed when we picked her up, which says it all. Carolina made her feel very at home and comfy, and gave her extra love when she was feeling a little out of sorts. Carolina followed our care instructions, including medications, very carefully, and communicated how she was doing throughout the entire stay. We definitely recommend Carolina!
Elise took great care of my senior dog Edgar. She had no trouble managing the various pills and supplements he needs for his kidney disease. She was responsive to any questions I had. Her cats were very friendly as well. Edgar was in high spirits when I picked him up. It's clear she cares a whole lot about animals. Highly recommended.
This was our first time using Rover. I was nervous but Emily was amazing! We had a meet and greet beforehand so Olive could meet her dog and cats. Emily kept me updated throughout the week with lots of messages and pictures. I would absolutely book her again in the future!
