“Crystal is amazing with our high energy Australian shepherd mix, Louie! He thinks he has a second mama now, she treats him like her own! She does such a great job taking care of our guy that we are always care free when we go away and she watches him.”

5. Carol M.
About: Our family has had pets for many years. We decided to offer our boarding and day care services as a "family" business, and to possible do this during retirement. We are active adults, and still have a teenager in the home that helps with this endeavor, as he is saving up for his first car. I am currently on summer break, and have frequent breaks during my work schedule. Other members of the household also work flexible schedules, thus can meet the needs of most pets and pet owners. We are typically available most weekends and holidays. Our home is pet friendly. We have all vinyl flooring, and a large fenced in backyard. We also have the ability to take daily walks as our road is not heavily traveled. We live off the road, and our furry guests really enjoy looking out all the windows and doors at the squirrels, chickens and other wildlife. Our home is usually calm and mellow, so you your pet cannot handle a lot of barking/noise, they will probably love our home! We do not crate our furry friends, except out of the request of the owner. Although we have listed one pet at a time, we will take up to two from the same household.

6. Kimberly A.

“I recently used Kimberly from Rover to take care of my dog, and cats and overall, it was a great experience! Kimberly was very friendly and clearly loves animals, which made me feel comfortable leaving my babies in her care. She provided regular updates and photos, which was a nice touch and helped me feel at ease while I was away. My fur babies seemed happy and well taken care of when I returned, and I appreciated the attention to detail in making sure all of my instructions were followed. Overall, I would definitely recommend Kimberly to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!”

7. Catie P.
About: I grew up with a cat and have had my dog for 10.5 years ever since she was a puppy. My dog gets a long with all other dogs and cats and is very submissive. I have about a 1/2 acre of fenced in backyard, so plenty of space for dogs to run and play. I attended puppy training classes to train her when she was 5 months old. I have one day off during the week and do not work weekends. My dog is crate trained while I am at work. I like to go for walks and let my dog play outside. She is getting older so she’s not able to walk very far. I have a fenced in yard and plenty of room outside and inside for the dogs to play. I can bathe your dogs when they come to stay as well.

8. Melissa T.

“Melissa was fantastic! She was willing to drive to my house which was a little ways from her. She took pictures and kept me updated on my puppy. Will def be looking into using her again. Definitely recommend!”

9. Courtney W.

“Courtney was extremely communicative and kind. Sent wonderful photos and was on time for all bookings. Will definitely book Courtney in the future.”

10. Amanda C.
“I wasn't sure at first to leave my 2 chihuahua behind during our family vacation because they're not very well potty trained. But since they will be stuck in the hotel room all day, I decided to have Amanda care for them while I was away because she have a yard for them. I told her from the beginning that my dogs are not very well potty trained and can be mean sometimes if I'm not around, but she still happily accept my dogs for a entire week! To my surprise, my dogs are actually sweet around her and loves her company. She takes photos and keep me updated throughout my dog's stay and she even bought Christmas cookies for them! She is such an angel, will definitely come back to her!”

11. Rhiannon H.

“Rhiannon was great with our four fur babies! She sent us a report after every drop in visit with photos! It helped us to have a much better time with our family, knowing that they were in such great hands! She obviously has experience with animals, and it appeared they were all very happy with her from the photos. We will definitely use her again. Sincerely, The Peeks Oxford, NC”

12. Carlee T.

“I recently had the pleasure of having Carlee as our dog sitter, and I couldn't be happier with her service. Carlee is incredibly attentive and caring, making sure our furry friend felt loved and safe while we were away. She followed all our instructions perfectly and even sent us regular updates and pictures, which gave us peace of mind. Our dog was happy and healthy when we returned, and it was clear that Carlee had taken excellent care of him. I highly recommend Carlee to anyone in need of a reliable and loving dog sitter!”

13. Lisa P.
“Lisa has always been so great with all of my animals that have known her. She is especially loving and patient with my special needs pup who doesn't care for strangers and has a hard time making friends. My snugglebug pup loves her too, and Lisa always makes sure to give her snuggles. I see Lisa treat everyone's animals as if they were her own, and she loves them unconditionally. I highly recommend her as a caretaker for anyone's pets.”

14. Olivia A.

“Olivia did a great job taking care of our gang and we look forward to using her again in the future. Great with dogs and cats alike. My dog, Lyla is usually skittish with new people but she went right up to Olivia and felt comfortable right away which is very important”

16. Kristen J.
“As a family member, I’ve seen firsthand how Kristen expertly handles the unique needs of a variety of pets. With two large dogs—one at hip height and one at mid-thigh height—as well as many cats, a hamster, and two gerbils, they are well-versed in caring for animals of all sizes and temperaments. They’re also experienced in administering medication and managing special diets, ensuring every pet receives the attention and care they need. Their experience, patience, and genuine love for animals make them an exceptional choice for anyone seeking a trustworthy and knowledgeable pet sitter. Clients can rest easy knowing their pets are in capable and caring hands.”

17. Jaimi R.
“Jaimi is my mother and she is a very trustworthy caretaker. She was a stay at home mom with me and my 3 siblings (major amount of attention and supervision required) and she used to run her own babysitting service. She had had many pets with long lives over the years, and is now mother to two cavapoos who look at my mom as if she is their literal entire world. She has a very compassionate soul and treats animals like her children. Could not recommend my mama enough! I would trust her alone with an animal or child of mine in a heartbeat, and you should have no hesitation doing this same.”

18. Emilee C.

“Emilee was able to step in on very short notice and took care of Lissy like she was her own. Followed directions great, even with giving meds and gave some extra belly rubs. Communication was great and I would definitely use Emilee again. Thank you for going the extra mile!”
