About: I’ve had both cats and dogs since I was 5, so caring for pets has always been a big part of my life. I’m comfortable with their daily care, routines, and different personalities. I also understand pet body language and know how important it is to recognize when a pet is happy, nervous, uncomfortable or just needs some space. I’m patient, attentive and will treat your pets with the same love and care I give my own. I currently work full time, so my availability is more limited during my regular work schedule. However, my workplace will be temporarily closing for about a month in October, which will give me much more flexibility and availability to care for pets during that time. I’m happy to work with owners to find times that fit both of our schedules. I plan to care for pets in their own homes, where they can stay comfortable and in their familiar environment. I’ll follow their normal routines, including feeding, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and any other care instructions provided by their owner. Always dogs, sometimes cats, reptiles, rodents, or fish... often combinations of more than one of the above I have a flexible work schedule that allows me to give your pets as much attention as they want. Can also take entire days of from work to focus on pets as needed. Our yard in a quiet neighborhood is not fenced, but we can & will take as many leashed walks as needed. In the house, we have a laid-back pug and an aloof cat who likes to hide in the bedroom (she has a lock that lets her in while keeping dogs out) when strangers are about.

I’ve primarily cared for small and medium-sized dogs, but I’ve also had experience with larger dogs, including my roommate's two who were very cautious and selective about who they trusted. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
