Franklin had a great time at Richard’s house! Franklin is an older dog, very sweet, affectionate, and alert but low-energy, so a home setting was perfect for his disposition and needs. I’ll definitely be taking Franklin to Richard’s home again!

About: I take a personal approach and really get to know your fur children. I love animals of all kinds. I truly enjoy being around them! I have a good amount of time to care for your furry friends as I am doing a job pivot. Please reach out. I look forward to meeting your little friends! My fur babies are exactly that, my babies. So, they have free “run” of the house under close supervision, of course. Their comfort is just as important as mine.

Ollie had a great time at Hannah's! She has a large fenced in yard with a tall fence. Lots of room for the dogs to run! Her pup was super sweet and welcoming of my crazy boy. My dog has been fast asleep ever since I brought him home so I know he had lots of fun during his stay. Hannah was easy to communicate with.

Dante was Great. This was Bubba's first time being babysat by someone that him and I didn't know. Dante kept me updated on Bubba's progress throughout the day which gave me relief because I was just as nervous as Bub. He's very pleasant, excellent in communication, and l can tell that he genuinely love dogs.

Matthew was great. He took wonderful care of Sophie and I believe she wanted to stay. He took Soohienon multiple walks and treats her as his own. He even accepted the opportunity to watch Sophie in short notice! Matthew if we were staying in the area, you’d be our new best friend! Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Sophie!

About: I've cared for animals my whole life. I grew up around, Australian Shepherds, retriever mixes, rescues, senior dogs, puppies, sick dogs and I've spent years riding and working at barns. Barn life teaches you things that carry over to dogs: you show up on time no matter the weather, you learn to read body language before a problem starts, and you stay calm with strong, anxious, or high-energy personalities. [I have experince giving medications, including deworming and any pills.] During the day I work remotely as a business analyst for a healthcare consulting firm, and I bring the same habits to pet care: clear communication, close attention to detail, and following instructions exactly. You'll get photos and a quick update after every visit, so you never have to wonder how things are going. I'm living at home right now after graduating college, and pet sitting lets me spend more of my week with dogs while earning some extra cash to help my mom out around the house. It's something I genuinely look forward to. Because I work remotely, I'm local and nearby on most days. That gives me room for morning and evening walks, midday drop-ins, and other unique times. I keep my Rover calendar current, so if a time shows as open, I'm truly available. I'm also happy to set up a recurring schedule so your dog gets the same sitter every week. Safety and trust come first. Before any booking, I am happy to do a meet and greet so you and your dog can get comfortable with me and I can learn their routine firsthand. I check harnesses and leashes before every walk, never let a dog off-leash without your permission, and double-check doors, gates, and locks before I leave. I'll have your vet and emergency contact on hand. If anything seems off, even something small like a skipped meal, I'll let you know right away.

Casie and her family were amazing!! Since this was my first time leaving my dog boomer with a sitter I was a little bit nervous but she immediately calmed my nerves the second I dropped him off by showing me around and asking so many questions to give him the best experience. Casie sent many updates throughout the day (pictures and videos) so that I could see that boomer was having a fun time. DEFINITELY would recommend and I will be booking again!!

About: I grew up having pets since I was born, including dogs, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs and others. My daughters and I have taken care of our neighbors and friends dogs, and we have experience interacting with cats from my brothers and friends. We have a cat named Pumpkin and a guinea pig named Cozy, but my daughters are longing for any dog-sitting especially, so we have plenty of space, love and affection to spare, if needed. I am a teacher with my summers off. My daughters are in camps periodically, but we are largely staying local throughout the rest of the summer, and I have a number of house projects that will keep me based at home for most days. I have a pet-friendly townhouse community that I live in. Safe, slow-moving cars, dog-walking areas with doggie bag stations, coupled with open grassy areas, and conveniently located near several close-by parks and even a dog park 10 minutes way. Other dogs are leashed in the community. If needed, your dog can be kept in our finished basement, with plenty of space to move around. In your home, if you prefer to have the dog walked nearby and/or caged at night, that will not be a problem.

About: I grew up taking care of cats and dogs, and am a current volunteer for multiple animal rescues. My joy is taking care of animals and making sure they are enjoying life to the fullest! My goal is to keep your animals happy while you need to be away, and providing you trust and reassurance your pet is in great hands. I work remotely from home which is a plus in providing 24/7 care. My schedule is flexible for potty breaks, dog walks, cat check ins, & feedings. I am available for dog/cat check ins while you’re away, daytime daycare, and overnights and boarding at my house (dogs only). For dog boarding, if your pup has special items that you feel would make their stay more comfortable, please feel free to send any additional items along (blankets, toys, dog bed, etc) I guarantee the safety of your pet, in your home or mine. For dogs, I ensure your dog is closely monitored and on leash when outdoors. For cats, your cat will be monitored and kept in your home. I will actively communicate with any concerns regarding your animal.

Frequently asked questions about Rover

As of September 2026, there are 2,381 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Willistown. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Willistown commute.

If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:

  • For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
  • For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
  • For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.

Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!

While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.

Many sitters in PA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 2,381 sitters in Willistown, 87% respond to messages in under an hour.

You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
