We are new to the West Chester community and so began looking far in advance for a pet sitter to take care of our Lab, Leo, while we went on vacation. Richard was very kind in holding a place in his calendar for the dates we needed boarding, even tho we had not yet met nor had our "meet and greet'. This kindness was very appreciated. Leo is a high energy Lab, but came home calmer than when we dropped him off at Richard's for his stay. We received pictures of Leo during his stay...(so great!) and we know Leo enjoyed Richard's large fenced yard, another must for active Leo.. When we travel again Richard will be the sitter we will reach out to with great confidence.

Richard made us feel so comfortable leaving Roxy with him and his family. We received pictures during the day of our Roxy feeling very relaxed and at home!! We are so glad to have found Richard!!
Franklin had a great time at Richard’s house! Franklin is an older dog, very sweet, affectionate, and alert but low-energy, so a home setting was perfect for his disposition and needs. I’ll definitely be taking Franklin to Richard’s home again!

I’m able to step away at any time for walks, potty breaks, play, or cuddles, so pets get consistent attention and companionship — not long stretches alone.
