3. Dana S.

“Dana was absolutely fabulous! From our first meeting with her, until the end of her stay, she was great. We've been looking for a dog/house sitter for a while now, and she exceeded all expectations. She kept our little one very happy, our house in tip-top shape, and sent us multiple updates each day. We're so thrilled and look forward to booking Dana again.”

4. Taryn C.

“Taryn did a great job house sitting and watching our babies! She sent lots of pictures and made sure to do everything we instructed. Our older dog needs a little extra help with eating and getting around, she was great to give the extra care. We were very impressed and will certainly use her services again in the future!”

6. Aliyah L.

“Aliyah watched our cats and dogs for the 1st time and did a wonderful job!! Since I am a bit new to Rover, she helped me realize what I like and prefer in a house sitter. On top of the basic chores involved with taking care our pets I always wonder if my pets are comfortable with a new sitter. The photos she sent me reassured my husband and I that they were. In addition her communicating to us was great. I would give her more than a 5 star if I could!”

7. Timothy W.

“We were so happy with Timothy’s communication while watching our pup and he was extremely flexible when our plans changed last minute and we had to stay another night. We look forward to having Timothy back in the future!”

8. Wendy F.

“Wendy was great! She made being away so much better for us and Roscoe!”

9. Angel J.

“Angel really and truly is an Angel! She was able to accept my 4-night booking on fairly short notice and was a great communicator both before and during her stay with my 2 dogs. I could tell right away I was leaving my boys in good hands, which is exactly how you want to feel when you have to be away from home. Angel sent great daily updates, with photos and videos - and I even came home to a cleaner. house!”

10. Kendra B.
“She will be a good dog/ animal walker. She’ll get exercise & so will the dog. One day she’ll walk the dog & the next day the dog may walk her🤷♂️ depends on the day but I think she’ll be perfect for this”

11. Amber D.

“Amber was an amazing house and pet sitter! She is extremely conscientious and treats your home and pets as if they are hers. We have never returned from a trip with the house so clean and tidy, and with our pets so calm. We have two needy cats and an anxious dog who takes time getting to know new people, and within less than 24 hours, all three pets were so comfortable with Amber. She sent us photos and updates, and was easy to communicate with. Honestly the best Rover experience we have ever had!”

12. Kira A.

“Kira was absolutely amazing and so great with our pup! She spent the weekend at our house when we got married and took such great care of everything and left the house spotless. Odin had so much fun! Thank you so much for communicating so much with updates and pics. This was our first time ever using a Rover and we had a 10/10 experience and will be using Kira again! Thank you!!!!!”

13. Emily B.

“Emily was great with our pup! We appreciated her helping out during the day when we couldn’t be home with him since he’s still so young. We look forward to having her back!”

14. Breanna S.

“Breanna was awesome. She took care of our Murphy and sent us updates and pictures. We will be hiring her again!”

15. Mariana R.

“We took a leap of faith and asked Mariana to stay in our home while we were away for a week. We knew that our dog would be nervous and perhaps even aggressive if we had used a kennel or taken him outside of his familiar living environment without us. Even though Sparrow is the most loving and cuddly dog who absolutely loves people, he was born with a fearful temperament and then the pandemic shut-downs significantly limited his human and animal social interactions, so we knew he needed more familiar care by someone who understands dogs. Sparrow’s introduction to Mariana went so well and we were able to see how well she interacted with and understood our dog’s behaviors in our house and on a training walk we took, so we knew if anyone could care for our dog while we were away, Mariana would be successful. And she was! She took wonderful care of Sparrow and our house. She sent photo and video updates daily and was in frequent communication. It is not easy to leave your pet behind or your house in someone else’s care, but we had a very good experience and were grateful we put our trust in Mariana. Our house was left in good order. Mariana is very trustworthy. Sparrow was happy when we came home and although he wasn’t a totally different dog overnight, we could see a change in how he looked to us for direction and knew that he was much more ready and able to defer to our directions. In the weeks following Mariana’s stay, we continued to employ her suggestions and one of Sparrow’s worst behaviors (resource guarding an item like trash or a toy that he would steal) has gone away. On the much rarer occasion, now, if Sparrow tries to stalk us for food while we’re cooking or sniff out the garbage can he never reacts aggressively anymore and when we firmly correct him with a sound and the movement of our bodies, he knows to “leave it” and we can redirect him to his bed and he listens. It is a breath of fresh air to know that by simply letting Sparrow know, in a way he understands, that he has to listen and can’t be bossy, we have made our home a safer and happier place where we can devote our time to enjoying him!”

16. Arizonia G.

“Arizonia is AMAZING!!! She took care of our 2 frenchies for a couple days and it was as smooth as can be. Not only were the boys happy when we got back but our house was immaculate and she baked us some treats ? We’ll for sure have her again!!”

17. Maggie H.

“Maggie was great! She was so patient with my old pup who gets vocal with new people. He settled quickly with her and I had such peace of mind away for the evening. So grateful for her time and care!”

18. Charity B.

“First time using rover and messaged with a couple people before booking Charity. Wasn’t sure I’d like using this for my pup after speaking with other sitters but Charity was fantastic! Pretty sure my pup was disappointed when I walked in the door after my trip instead of her. Very responsive, accommodating, and professional. Won’t use anyone else but her. She could easily be charging double what she is and it would be worth it.”

19. Carley C.

“Carley was very prompt when coming to meet me and Abu. She gave me daily updates while we were gone for 9 days. She went above and beyond what I had needed. I definitely would recommend her for pet sitting. Our dog keeps looking out the window for her to pull into the driveway.”

20. Natasha G.
“Natasha is the most loving and caring person I know for her fur baby and I'm sure other fur babies! She has loved on my dog and they have certainly felt comfortable with. I definitely recommend Natasha for all of your pet walking needs :)”
