“We had a great experience with John. We did a first meet-and-greet at our home so our cat could get to know him, and that made a big difference. During the weekend he stayed at our place, our cat felt comfortable and well cared for. John was very responsive with messages and adapted perfectly to our cat’s routine: she likes to go outside for a couple of minutes to feel the cold and get some fresh air, then come back in for treats. Overall, it was a great decision and we would definitely book with him again.”
About: I love all animals big and small! I have a variety of experience. I grew up taking care of a Rottweiler and currently have a pit and two cats. I have worked in the past and consistently cared for a deaf and diabetic dog to include administering insulin. I have volunteered at shelters, fostered numerous dogs to include a deaf dog with seizures, interned at a wildlife rehab center for a year, and worked at the Philadelphia Zoo taking care of the goats yard. I worked for 3 years at VIP pet care holding the animals, administering shots , microchips, blood draws and supervising the clinics. I love hiking and anything outdoors so walking your pup would be great for both your pup and myself! 🙂 I’m currently working full time and another part time job so am currently only offering walking services to work around my busy schedule. Her backyard is spacious and secured with tall fencing. Her place was perfect for my energetic huskies. They were able to run and play all day. By the end of the day, they were tired out. Currently, I have a cattle dog I rescued from Helping Hounds as well as a rough Collie (think Lassie with the long hair!) and a couple cats. I also have a few horses that are boarded off property. Jose is extremely good about communicating and sending pictures, and it was a really nice experience to receive updates throughout my dog’s stay without needing to prompt for them. My dog had ample space to get her energy out, and with an additional bonus of having an active sitter to do activities with, there was never a doubt that she was receiving anything less than the care I’d provide her at home.
